Hello sir, please provide lecture on sec. 151 and I have completed all the lectures uploaded by you related to CPC. I appreciate that you have explainted all the concept in simple language and with relevant case laws and examples. I will have to refer all these lectures once again when i will start actual text book reading. It took me almost one and half month to compelete all the lectures. Sec148A (5) Where a caveat has been lodged under sub-section (1), such caveat shall not remain in force after the expiry of ninety days from the date on which it was lodged unless the application referred to in sub-section (1) has been made before the expiry of the said period.] Which application this sub section is talking about here ..... Is it caveat application? or The application which is expected to be filled by a person on whom the caveat is served ? Im confused here

I habe cleared my concepts regarding Law Of evidence 1872( In Pakistan, Qanun e Shahdat Order 1984) You know I am relaxed now and my preparation for judicial magistrate is based on your lecture series. So, sir keep going on don't stop your worthy lectures. I assure you I will be the person following your lectures if there is no one.
