I had two sugar gliders as pets when I was like 10 years old. Let me tell you idk how I convinced my parents to get them. They are VERRYYYY high maintenance. They are very cute but if you are looking into having them as pets I personally do not recommend. Unless you educate yourself a whole lot before!

My buddy had a Sugar Glider when we were 18. They are so sweet and social. and their gliding is the best. The little thing would just glide over and land on us when he was active. such good times :)

Mark has such cute and wholesome content. Coyotes over there bringing the pain and adrenaline, and Mark's just like 'I have a playdate with these cuties!!!' LOL

@@danielleamos768 make sure you do tons of research!! Get a pair! They are colony animals. They can die of depression. A safe wheel and cage! Go on Facebook and join groups! A LOT of people on KZread channels have good information, but groups can offer mentoring. Diet is important, if they don't get the right amount of calcium they can die. (I used to have 14, so I have experience. The baby in my pfp was one of them.)

I have 6 of them currently, and LOVE them! They take some work to bond with but once they love you, its so so worth it. They're so much fun

Awe we have 4 of them and they are pretty amazing, but we respect that they each have their own personality and we have a whole room set up for them to live and thrive.

I could just imagine that cute little face just bloody as it eats a bird.

So funny when it pissed on his arm....at first he looked underneath his arm as if he thought he might be dripping with blood for some reason lol

I have 2 sugar gliders. They're amazing creatures and very smart for something as tiny as they are

Their big eyes are so cute

I owned two female sugar gliders, they are absolutely adorable, but they need a lot of attention and you have to feed them fresh fruits and meal worms or they get fat. I had two little ones only two years old, they live in a 6 foot cage where they can climb. Their bed was a little hammock and a security blanket in it. They like to ball up. When you hold them they like to be held tight, it makes them feel safe. The ones I had were named Riley and Sasha. Riley was sweet and tame, but Sasha was very aggressive. She would make a loud noise called "crabbing" and then bite. Her bites felt like a staple gun- I know what that feels like. But I tamed her after a couple months and she became the sweetest little sugar baby. I use to sleep with them in my bed, it was so cute. But I had to sell them to someone who took care of sugar gliders because mine were keeping me up at night barking like puppies I think because they wanted a mate to make babies with. That was their mating call at night. I wouldn't get any sleep so I eventually sold them after a couple years. Loved them but now they are wth two male sugar gliders Thor and Loki.

@@airfryer5789 I had 14 at one point, a few colonies. Gliders have personalities, I had some that would glide across the the room, but some of my others preferred small, short jumps and crawls. I had some that were chunky and some thin. I had a 3 year old female that could get out of 3 cages. I had a boy who was lazy and cuddly, he was her brother. He ran on his wheel all the time, he was just chunky I guess.

Luna do you have any means of exercise, like a wheel for them to run on? My gliders love to run on them and they lost weight after about a week.
