How can the conference not know of EGW heresies? If you compare her visions which make up some of SDA doctrine,it is contradictory -this EGW was a fraud and so are the leaders who promote her writings thank God all this was revealed to me in 2018 EGW is the reason I left Adventism

I've had issues with EGW's writings since 1993. I'd purchased a booklet from my local Christian book seller at that time detailing EGW's failed prophecies. Those failed prophecies included the "Short Door" prophecy, and EGW's prophecy claiming some of them in attendance at a conference would not see death before the second coming. The youngest person in attendance at that conference died in the 1950s.

@@josephhall9307 It is actually the Shut Door. She had a vision saying that the Door of Salvation was shut to all but thise who had accepted the Millerite Midnight Cry message. Years later she changed her story and then lied saying she had never claimed a vision of the Shut Door. Documents from early Adventists recorded the vision.

Eleen G White's writings are here to stay until Jesus comes. She was human like us, like Moses, like David the adulterer, like Jacob the deceiver, like Adam and Eve who listened to Satan more than God. None of us are perfect and are " sinners saved by grace". May we see EGWhite in the "first resurrection".

Oh another EGW apologist coming to defend and justify that sick woman as a prophet. She was a conniving and mean person, not of Christ at all.

It is hard for me to believe that swelling on the brain that would have caused her to go into a coma would not have caused some sort of damage to the brain at some level.

It's one thing to claim wat u know to be the truth and another, even when proven facts r presented u remain clinged to wat u believe, either out of ignorance or ur scared to actually do some research because ur scared of finding out the actual truth u choose remain in ur own Bubble but these r the times where it's all being revealed. If you check Bates testimony, you realize that there are those who made changes in Ellen G White, to cause this type of confusion. Our church is targeted for change from within. God used her mightily to point out sin. Find out the truth first. Oh! I can't imagine this is happening! EGW writings are very reliable.

The administration body are quite aware of all the plagerism, false visions, false Gospel of the movement from since it's inception. If ur trying to find the truth u can't look to the GC, they have the name and pockets to protect, they r minipulating her writing, and all contradictions to serve their purpose. But it's crumbling, . Many sda r passionate about their doctrines but they have been duped. There is no Sunday law coming, there is no investigative judgement, there is no probation. Romans 5,6-10 for while we were sinners Christ died for us.

Yes, you mean the Sabbath school brain wash and then false teaching preaching and then overeating at Potluck, gossiping about who didn't come to church and why.....it is how I grew up. My parents taking care of everything and everyone in church but themselves or us children, as lovely as they are and mean(t) well. My husband who grew up the same, sleep in on Sabbath, only day ever, listen to biblical! sermons or just listen to Bible passages, read them, pray together, go out for long walks with our dog and eat healthy easy things, freshly cooked! We have a real rest day, thankful and asking for a blessed new week. Recovering every 7th day now! Before it was the most stressful day of the week fully scheduled, only free time that existed between programs you had to deal with difficult ppl and their problems all the time, then straight to work on Sunday, basically you didn't have time to read and pray by yourself, it was so much on stage and always with others you were glad to go to bed and slept as much as you could. Oh and did I mention, Fridays hustling as much as you possibly could so everything was prepared to the max. and ready for an even more stressful day, always perform, always on you best behavior I thought I liked this, but knew nothing else and I love my churchless life today, when friends and family tell us about the church problems my husband and I thank God he gave us courage and helped us out. We believe and love God more than ever and also look forward to Sabbath, which we hardly ever did in the church. It is probably more like Jesus kept it, not like Adventists do.

@Rudelherz I observe Sabbath, but other me it's relaxing. I just take the day off and let God worry about everything else. I prepare the ay before, but I don't think it's a big deal. I am not sure what Adventists do. To me it's about doing one small thing God commands and learning to have faith.

I only watched the last 15 minutes, but wow! Whoa! I'm trying to get a friend to see adventism for what it truly is. He was raised Adventist. So I understand if you never been around other churches, you might not see how your own could be so weird. Like, I keep sabbath, but I was raised in sunday churches. Went to about 100 different sunday churches. Never heard them teach that Jesus had older brothers. Yet I was blown away that SDAs teach this, like it is nothing unusual. But these are things any sunday church would have warned you about gnostic and false churches teaching. Bit if you are a sda not exposed to that growing up, you will probably not be alarmed to hear such an odd teaching in your own church

When do SDA teach/believe that Jesus had older brothers? That is LDS teachings. Oh, your referring to Jesus' earthly life? Yes, it is believed by many Christians in general that Joseph had children before his marriage to Mary.

@truthbebold4009 no, I never heard any church teach that Jesus had older brothers. They di not teach that catholic doctrine. They teach Jesus was first born. Joseph and Mary's first son, except not of Joseph's seed.

@@CourtneyFrancois I do not believe SDAs or catholics can substantiate this claim of Jesus having older brothers from scripture. No mention of him being previously married. So to me, it's a backhanded way of denying the virgin birth by catholics and SDAs. Anytime someone claims the bible teaches one thing, but you find claims of another, that leads to the bible looking unreliable to outsiders. Also, the SDA church is basically a harlot daughter of Rome. They promoted the vaxcine which is a Jesuit creation. The pope pushed censorship of media outlets. And the SDA stood by the catholic churches side and promoted this thing on the Sabbath at vaxcine conferences at their own churches.

Can someone please let me know the false medical advice of her. I can't find much right now and also don't want to spend much more time with her teachings (anymore). If someone has that on top of their head, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, God bless❤

Not even a single quotation from Steve Daily. Does he really believe what he is saying or he is simply a bitter Pastor who got fired from Adventist Ministry in 2010? Over the years, Daily dealt with White in several of his writings. For example, in his MA in history thesis, entitled “How Readest Thou” (1982), he affirmed, “Concerning her own writings, Ellen White never claimed infallibility[,] much less to be an infallible interpreter of Scripture. She made it clear that her writings were to be subservient to the Bible.”[6] In his book The Essence of Adventism (1985), he explained in very positive terms that much of her ministry was devoted to “humbly rebuke sin and call for repentance,” and that “she often agonized and wept over this responsibility.” And more, Why the sudden shift?

That was disgraceful. I know you trying to open people's eyes about her writing. Ok, inviting that man was unnecessary. Believing in her writing or not is everyone choice, however, she still needs to be respected as the child of God. Your guest did not show brotherly love.

SDA'S support abortion and actually practice it too . The SDA hospital in Loma Linda CA perform abortions for any reason . What about the commandment thou shall not kill' ? In Jeremiah 1:5 God said I knew you when I formed you in the womb and sanctified thee . God created those babies and SDA doctors and nurses murder them for money . This is the religious group that practice this wickedness ! !

You know if I listened to this and have a problem I would do my own research before making the claims you did. I know you haven't because I did and I found he was not lying. NONE of us investigated these things or her before joining the church. Same so for a number of people who become mormons or jehovah witnesses. You got info ONLY from the church and you CHOSE to believe it. And you were deceived.
