Secrets Maroma 2024
We went to the Secrets Maroma All Inclusive Family Resort in Cancun Mexico Feb 18th 2024 to February 23 2024. Had a great time the weather was fabulous everyday 75-83😎. The water in the bay was warm after the first day and clear of seaweed and jelly fish, great for swimming. Service is the best, especially the over-the-top service we got from Francisco down at the beach and Francia our concierge. Facilities were very clean and impeccable. We found the food to be good at the restaurants and at the buffet. You do not have to have a reservation for dinner, with one exception the Himitsu the Asian restaurant if you want to eat at the hibachi grill. I love the coffee shop Coco Café was open 24-7. Rooms were great, we stayed on the tropical side, because of availability. You can bring all your chargers for your electronics because they have US charging on each side of the bed. WIFI was great and was accessible at the beach.

Thank you for a great review , I’ve also subscribed to your channel, as we are visiting Secrets maroma in early November as we find the seaweed is next to none , and as beach lovers we get to use the beach and snorkel in the ocean. Could you tell me if they have UK outlets as we always bring our phones and a small laptop. The resort looks amazing, we’ve been to Secrets W/O in Jamaica but it’s more of a party vibe , but as we’re celebrating our anniversary so we wanted a nice resort that we could just relax and chill out for 11 nights. It will also be our winter so I’m really looking forward to visiting .🙂

thanks for subscribing, the only outlets I remember were standard 120 like US this was our favourite all inclusive of all time. You won't be disappointed

We were here last yr in August it was amazing from pool, beach, food, drinks & entertainment only down fall we didn’t stay that long do this yr in August we’re staying a week I def recommend!! Thanks for sharing. We traveled from Fl

Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

They had a wooden trail to the beach and there is an elevator. I don't remember about the pool. Hope this helps.
