Thank you. Just make sure you have enough sunscreen with you, it’s VERY expensive at the resort. Oh, and you’ll love it!

We just chilled out to be fair. There’s plenty going on in the evenings live shows in the main lobby, there’s a theatre, live bands down by the beach.

Are all the spirits premium i.e. smirnoff vodka and what type of beer is available.thank hou ghe video looks amazing plan to visit this year

Yes. They had pretty much everything. The drinks were premium brands, mixed with some local stuff. We like to drink Martini “Cinzano” Bianca Extra Dry as a cool down drink in the evenings and it doesn’t appear to be a popular drink, we drank what they had and they kept on getting some more for us when it ran out, even though we were probably the only people for like forever to ask for it 👍

I can safely say you’ll love the resort. It’s as chilled or otherwise as you want it to be.

I've just tried looking and I can't find it in my emails. It wasn't cheap, but was well worth it in our opinion. The Preferred Club breakfast and beachside bar area are lovely.

Can the pools be used in the evening and after midnight?

Me and the missus are planning a trip to this wonderful looking resort. The only information we can't seem to find is the difference between the preferred club and the non preferred.

In the preferred club you get to have breakfast by the beach and it’s waiter service. Access to the preferred club bar (were you have breakfast) which as a fire pit and is chilled out. There’s also another bar you have access to with self service snacks. Your own section of beach with waiter service. And of course upgraded rooms which are closer to the beach which your own dedicated concierge service per block . We found it worth the extra and really enjoyed it.

So I'm coming for 8 days next week jan / staying in playa del carmen if I go this beach would they let me in or not joe public if not what to do/// please advice what else I can do /// nice beach bar /// night life

If you are not a guest they won’t let you in. There is nothing around the place, all (it’s quite remote) surrounding resorts are self contained areas. The local bars/nightlife would be in Playa del Carmen or Cancun which would be 40 minutes or so away I guess by car.

how do you get a Bali bad on the beach? We did book preferred club

If you are Preferred Club you get 1 free session per stay. This is how we did it. You can always pay ($50 I think) and have one for the day.

@@SilviaHoard We went at the end of July and the beginning of August and we found it fine, mid 30’s, but very humid. I have also been at Christmas time and that was lovely and no where near as humid. From what others have told us spring time is the best.

We had the ocean view preferred club. Our room was 1632, 1 block back from the beach. Ocean view is a bit of stretch to be fair, there was a slither of a view. Our room had the hot tub on the balcony and it was stunning!

@@falishas7426 I’ve been to the area in December and it’s lovely that time of year. The seaweed was quite bad when we were there. However the pool areas are amazing.
