I moved to AZ In 2006 and moved out in 2015 I was furious now I am in fucking Vegas and my mom can’t get a single fucking job this is why I want to fucking leave in 2023

There’s a reason it’s “inexpensive”. I grew up in that area and my mom still lives not far from there. Central to 7th St is nice, past that up to around 56th St is sketchy.

Super, I watch several KZreadrs about Phoenix, and I'm always looking for the crowd. What draws me is there is none. I've lived in the capital of 6 states and there's always lots of people everywhere all day, and traffic. Am I seeing wrong? I was going to go home to NYC to retire but every time I visit, I get freaked out! Too many people! Your vlogs really lays it out for us. Thanks.

You want a crowd get on the 101, 202, 17 and the 60...you will find crowds and the dumbest drivers in the country! Also any grocery store or Costco will be crowded. Go first thing in the morning and save your sanity.

You should be able to join an event and not worry about where you will park your car. You should be able to choose to go left because too many people are to the right. Big super wow this my hood!! My moms still lives in el camino and 12th st! Right there in the corner..its come up more now, the plaza has spots to eat, the plaza next to am pm is poppin now..man this hood lowkey right next to the hood but its still nice. Sunnyslope hood! Damn u lived 1 2 mins walking distance from my old crib!

Haha i remember mentioning this neighborhood in tje comments! Lol my mom lives right there and its a short walk from palma park(the parl he was at in the slopes) its hood there on 12th and northern but behind it is that rich neighborhood by the mountain! Used to walk my dogs everynight and its quiet as hell! Safe

I usded to walk my dogs thru that hidden upsacle hood everynight!ppl dont know about it but its supernice and quiet!! Because its where the mountain starts and u have a good stretch of land that isnt used because its almost at the highway and squawpeak.

Its nice but wear getting to many people from California thinking its California

This guy...the bike trail goes from northern Scottsdale to Tempe. Each city has its own bike trails that connect the parks together.

Sometimes rent is cheaper in not so good areas. In the east valley 1 bedroom apartments are around 900 bucks a month. I like the east valley myself. Good video Big Sup Peace

But just up 12th street to Dunlap your I. The dopeslopes lots of cheap apartments at 13st and Mountain View but expect multiple murders had to break my lease from there it’s wild over there

The squaw peak community is my favorite. A friend of mines lives in that area and those houses can really value up. It’s sad seeing luxury apartment taking over the city. Other than that, awesome video! #ArizonaNative

Can you do more neighborhoods in flagstaff and Scottsdale any of the northern areas.. Hubby and I are researching areas to move to when we escape California in 2 years God willing. I showed my husband your vid on scorpions and he said HELL NO...and we got ready to scratch AZ off our list but our friends told us if we move to Texas we may have those and a few other critters...HOWEVER I was also told if we buy a house to make sure all holes are closed and have an exterminator come by every 2 months to spray.. So...AZ is on our let’s do more research look... Thanks you are funny and sweet...your wife and kids are beautiful❤️MERRY CHRISTMAS

Out here in the East Valley the population swells to 3 times as much while the snowbirds are here. They can stay six or seven months and still keep their home license plates. It's at its peak right now from January through March. But they start coming in October and usually the Minnesota ones are the only ones left through April.

We moved to area 4 -5 years ago.. in 55+ area.. moved from Sun City Grand to Victory at Verrado.. the Buckeye area ( west Phoenix off of 10) is growing so fast.. little public transportation, but out of curiosity.. what is Ave cost of living g here? So many new homes... What is the range? It seems to me that rents and costs of homes is really high.. this clip seems in search out options for folks.. but wonder about all the above.. it's such a big Metro area..

Yeah i do like this area. Would drive through that area to and from work. Looking for a house to rent in that area but it’s slim pickins and rent is rising.

That first scene of the backyard was what mine looked like before I added the junk. Exactly. The 7-foot high cinder block wall. The desert sand. Brown, gray, beige. It takes some getting used to. I heard Arizona believes good fences make good neighbors. Those 7 ft High cinder block walls are sound barriers also. The downside is they hold a lot of heat in the summer. But I wouldn't trade mine for the world because they block the dogs barking sound for my neighbors. When I grew up they would say children are to be seen and not heard. Those walls make it like your neighbors can be heard a little bit but not seen.

Nooo don’t move here lol we have too many California people here. lol glad you still post videos always like supporting my Az locals.

Dude...I live by Cave Creek and Hatcher....Sketchy as all heck. The park full of druggies and homeless. Not at all good. Gotta get to more northern. Dreamy draw park will be closed soon due to work on city pipes.

Get out of the city..maybe Buckeye or Casa Grande cus no one wants to live in Casa Grande lol. Tucson is a retirement hub. $80,000 though?? There are mobile home parks for seniors aged 55+ in Scottsdale and Tucson
