@@JamieLibrarian depends what part in most of the west valley suburbs people are pretty friendly some snobby people in northern peoria but that’s it east valley people a lot of them have a superiority complex over west valley people for some reason . scottsdale is all pretentious snobs. south pheonix most people are pretty humble

When I used to live in Tolleson we would always end up going to eat in Goodyear and we would work out at the eos there (at the time it was the closest one open) Super clean family area if you wanna be close to the city but wants some peace and quiet

I definitely want to be in goodyear... but an area that is close to everything like shops and restaurants. Movie theaters. Elementary schools. I'm 31 with two little ones under 3

CHANDLER, Peoria, Gilbert, SanTan, SCOTTSDALE, TEMPE(college area)....If you're from another state garaunteed damn near anywhere in Phoenix area will make you wanna move here. Casa Grande, Maricopa, Buckeye(Bill Gates is building his Smart City next to this suburb), Anthem, Fountain Hills, Pennicale Peak, Carefree, Suprise....TUCSON(has nice suburbs). PEOPLE: Bring yall ass here seriously, you have options that honestly wont let you down at all.

I live in Litchfield and it's affordable compared to apartment rentals. 2 br apts can run close to $1400 mo

South of I-10 is least expensive between the 2. As far as better... Depends on what you like. Glendale, by the stadium has the best night life of the 3 cities you mentioned.

There are great schools in good year, but supposedly most of the better schools are in the East Valley or Northern Area. Goodyear n Buckeye are the further West Valley suburbs. Goodyear is 1 of the newest subsidiaries of Phoenix. Look into Chandler too.

To rich for me, I'm not tryin to spend all my cash on a fancy house/AC bill just to be broke. How about an acre plot, and buying a small pre-fab home? ..what about south Goodyear? We luv your vuds here in Cincinnati!😎👍

West valley gives you more house for your money, but keep in mind that the bigger the house the bigger your Electric Bill when the Summer hits. To off set the bill you would need solar panels. Goodyear is nice, Chandler(the Eastside) is as well, Peoria, N honestly it's literally nice area all over Phoenix. South side(Laveen) is congested. Also traffic from the far west and throught the city is horrible.

@@MidwestBrotha Thanks for this info. I went to Verrado and thought I walked in to paradise, but it is not diverse at all. I am hoping in the years to come it will diversify, but for now I am going to Goodyear.

Common every day situations here in Arizona. There are so many new and almost new homes hare in Arizona for sale , that is common place. Even homes that were built in , 60's , 70's , 80's , 90's are in very good condition and low cost for sale. Many people from other parts of USA are shocked at how low the prices are as compared to where they came from. Are nice homes that you would have no hope of owning , other places around the USA. If you can find one that is a fixer upper that has not been filliped , then the prices are lower yet. Is common place , people that have low credit score buying a home they would have no hope of owning many other places around the USA.

Alpha Stunna Goodyear is mostly family if you want a singles scene you may want to consider Scottsdale, Tempe area.

Depending on traffic...so about 30mins with no traffic and up to 60mins+ with bad traffic.

20 miles, wouldn't take anywhere near 60 minutes unless there was an accident on interstate 10. It's freeway the entire way.

... nothing beats north Phoenix...just saying ...my opinion

North Phoenix is nice I'll give you that, but when I was there back in Sept, I really preferred the west valley more than any other area.

Homes cost 200k and up and apartments are $1200 for a 2bed 2 bath...its very nice there.

Yeah big super I had to come back to Compton. Yeah the rent is cool house cost etc. But bro its clean quite white , and Mexican. But it's too damn hott bro ,hella hot . It looks good trust and all but you will be a prisoner in your home 6 months out of a year. I'm good if from cali and always survived with the best weather
