some good tips +1 sub
Where were you all my life?
Ayy, W vid, man. High quality, straight to the point... what more can you ask for? 😁👍 Another tip, btw: You can try to minimize the plugins you use in an flp. Don't get used to using too many plugins all of the time.
Everything besides the sample rate is valid and well explained, but we don't use higher sampling rates because they're audible. Let me explain why you might consider having your project in 88.2kHz. First of all, the nyquist frequency is 44.1kHz so you can pitch anything you record down by an octave without losing any detail. Second, the more important part is aliasing, whenever (99% of the time) you introduce distortion to your channels, you end up creating new harmonic overtones, if your harmonic content crosses the nyquist frequency, which for 44.1kHz projects is 22.05kHz (half your sample rate), you'll end up with content that can be misinterpreted by your sampler, creating some nasty artifacts all across the spectrum. The way we deal with it by using oversampling, we bump the sample rate to 88.2kHz, lowpass and then downsample back to 44.1kHz, preventing any artifacts. However this upsampling and downsampling process can sometimes have a toll on your CPU, so we just set the project to 88.2kHz and lowpass manually. It's an absurdly rare scenario, but it's good to know. Hope we could learn something new today.

I have a few questions, 1) a lot of producers I see online say 24 bit 44.1 is fine while other say that you need to be at a higher sample rate to prevent aliasing. How is it that some people think 44.1 is fine but others say something completely different? 2) does upsampling and downsampling not create issues of its own? 3) can you just take an 88.2 track and rebounce it to 44.1 using fl studio render settings or is there a better way to downsample? 4) would the artifacts caused by aliasing be extremely quiet or do they actually become noticeable? 5) is there a really much of a difference between 44.1 and 48?
Mac-User can skip this video^^ but project--time-settings for higher scale was new to me, so thanks :)
Those are pretty useful tricks! Though, I do have a Ryzen 9 CPU with 16 cores and 64 gb of RAM so I often don’t bother rendering anything and just keep everything on high quality. I do enable multi-threaded optimizations.

That's awesome man! I've always been an intel guy, but I love how far AMD has come, especially on video editing etc.

@@FLBASICS yea, it's pretty good stuff. Though, whether you use Intel or AMD, if you ever plan to upgrade I really recommend getting a CPU with 8 - 16 cores since it really benefits apps like FL Studio who run many things in parallel. 16 cores is a perfect trade-off between multi-threaded and single-core performance, less cores generally gives better single-core performance but for FL Studio, video editing, etc you might want 12 - 16.
How do i quick render audio clip with a Key shortcut? Instead of having to go to the mixer and seeing the render window pop up
I dont get clear sound in fl studio, get more higher frq sound on everysong , what to do for setting? Plz help me out 🙏
I seriously messed up FL Studio after applying something from a different video. Is there some way to reset FLstudio to factory? I can get into the program, but if I open anything I get nothing but pops and echoing.
Thanks 😊

does someone know how to remove the little fade in at the beginning when you render a project? It's as if the whole loop is off by a couple miliseconds because there is a small fade in at the start of the WAV

Honestly FL Studio is pretty bad with heavy plugins. I can use the same heavy load in Ableton (and I do all the time) without any problems. Meanwhile FL will freeze, crackle, and crash.
