@@sfred you have to disable the hands free ag studio so they can play through stereo give me a few minutes I’ll post the steps

@@sfred so if your bt20xs keeps playing through "hands free ag studio" then hopefully this works. Step 1: right click sound icon bottom right of screen then click on sounds Step2: Go to playback tab and disable by right clicking "BT20XS Hands-Free AG Audio" Step3: Do the same thing but in the recordings tab disable by right clicking "BT20XS Hands-Free AG Audio" (i guess do this if you have a separate microphone set up for your pc) Step4: Apply and restart and just make sure your sound is playing through "BT20XS Stereo" let me know if this helped

@4 That's interesting. I'm on a mac, so I can't easily test it out. I'm assuming AG means auto-gain, so it might affect the gain. If so, that could be consistent with my solution of turning down the music app output level.

​@@dmo0724 So yeah the hands free ag means it's also using the mic which definitely goes in via the stereo channel and uses SBC for the transmission I'm not sure if this would cause a problem on phones. Anyways hoping it'll work cause I'm about to buy the XS mainly for the price and convenience
