Oh this is wonderful. This happens not just in New Vegas, some other games also suffer from it, so having a universal solution is fantastic.

Oh thank you!!!! Ive been looking for a way to fix it for a long time, past 4 years ive been downloading youtube music videos, so i can run them trough VLC player instead of youtube player while playing games like Fallout or Elder Scrolls, where i can turn this setting off. Ive been changing a setting in VLC when i watch a movie or downloaded video, every time i start playing and then when i stop. But to do all these things every time and prepare videos to watch on second monitor is consuming my time and attention. With your help now i can finally relax!:)

Perfect!! had this issue on skyrim on windows 10 and the fix worked just the same. Thanks, had this issue since I was like 15 and now finally after all these years I've found a solution.

its this easy of a fix yet no one else on the entire internet brought this setting up ???
