Many thanks to organisers of the seminar for enlightening citizens about various aspect of legal system as provided in the constitution of the country.
It's not out of place to mention that the people's perception is law is not meant for those who frame these laws .
When the two main pillars of the constitution i.e. judiciary and legislature have different point of view on a law the legislature attempts to establish it's authority on the judiciary bypassing the judiciaries judgement by reversing the same on it's numerical strength in legislature. In my opinion this act of legislature violates the spirit of the constitution of the country .
