The large wooden structure lies broken into mainly three large pieces beneath the surface of the glacier somewhere between the 4000 and 5000 meter level on the mountain. Remarkable and most amazing is the presence of the huge slanting wall on the left side of the passage in the video. The wall rises up from the second deck approximately 5 meter high. At one point in this part of the passage the wall is supported by a triangular construction. This originally must have made it a very strong connection to the whole construction. The corridor at the right side behind the wooden brace is visible over a lenght of about 40 meters.
June 2018, 10 years have passed after the rediscovery of the remainders of Noah's ark on Mt Ararat.
The American author of the book "The Archaeological Evidence of Noah's Flood", Philip Williams visited the large prehistoric wooden structure on Mt. Ararat on November 9th 2014, as a prelude towards a thorough scientific investigation under auspices
of Turkish scientists and authorities.

Samples of wood, animal dung, feathers, fur, even human DNA samples can be obtained. They should study the age and origin of the wood and inspect the joints for tooling marks. Also, the dirty ice should be sampled for any organic matter. This can be done for free and tested at any university worth it’s salt for almost free. Why hasn’t this been done?
Im a woodworker. The joinery and crafted pieces I can see in the pics is spot on. It is definitely a giant boat! The joinery is the same joinery a 'traditional' boat builder (builds boats by hand the old world way) would use today.
I’ve got to admit this gave me the chills in a good way. I would love to explore
I used to work in a wood shop as a hobby so I know a little bit about processes using power tools, saws, sanders, planes, etc. The ark has always been mind boggling to consider. All the work, no electricity, board after board, joinery, and so absolutely massive to withstand the floods while carrying the rebirth of the world within. Awe inspiring!
Fascinating. I have never been a Christian or religious at that. Only because it's hard to believe without answers. Some of the stories of the bible I defiantely slowly starting to believe. I know we all have a higher power and something greater above us all. To wonder about the history of this earth is amazing.
Has the wood ever been carbon dated? Also , has the wood been analyzed for the type of wood it is?
The woodwork is amazing, these techniques are still utilized today in furniture construction, flooring and fencing. I saw tongue and groove, mortise&tenon, dowel and no sign of nails or screws, but, however, no signs of an adhesive either. If it was all force fit then swelled with water, that is just amazing craftsmanship!
Noah did work hard. I'm grateful for his efforts. It must have been a terrifying time in history.
Just think, Noah, Ham, Shem and Japheth had their very hands on the wood of this structure... amazing. God and His word do not lie.
Hi folks. This is Philip Williams. Those are my fingers and hands that you see in those pictures. I took those photographs and journaled those words that Gerrit Aalten uses in this fine photo documentary. I will try to answer a few of the questions that you ask in response to this comment. I will answer any question but please be respectful of this historic posting.
It should be easy to date between signs of machining and carbon dating? also dating the ice cores around it?
I wish I could have been there myself. I have always wanted to be an archeologist since I was a kid but never followed through on it. To even see this was awesome. God has most definitely preserved this. Thank you so much for sharing.
I want a 4K real time Go Pro video of you demonstrating you are on the top of Mt Ararat while pointing out recognisable landmarks, then fully documenting the descent into this structure, uncut and unedited.
This structure's appearance as well as high elevation and location is quite a compelling discovery. Were there any fragments of the wood secured for analysis and carbon dating?
I realize it's been encased in ice for thousands of years (if this is really it) but I still wonder, how that wood can be in as good a condition as it is after all this time, even in the cold and ice. There's still bound to be some deterioration right?
Noah's Ark was made from gopher wood & pitch (tar).
What a blessing and Huge honor to have been there, inside... Shalom Bothers!
Saw Noah's Ark in 1972 on a special report. They actually zoomed in on it and water was gushing out if it.It was 2/3 up the mountain.Of course there was a media blackout.Did anyone else see that?I lived in Socal and that broadcast was about 1:00 pm.
Did anyone think to pickup a "splinter" of the wood so it could be carbon dated? Without any data about the age of the wood the question will remain unanswered.
Did anybody notice how large the growth rings are from the trees used in its construction (look at 5:51), trees back then grew very rapidly judging by the width of the tree rings. This means they would have had plenty of new trees to use as they constructed the Ark.
Have you had the wood carbon dated?
Very interesting, very wide growth rings on the large beam ends, indicating an annual rate of growth one would expect from the water and soil conditions of a near Eden-like ecosystem as described in Genisis.
It is interesting to note how thick the tree rings are. These trees were seeing a great mix of sun and water to stay this uniform in size and magnitude. IF it is the genuine article, which seems likely, it would seem that we might want to proceed with caution. The natural tendency is to melt it clean and see what there is. HOWEVER, this would be a rash decision. Many times we have discovered that when we try to excavate something like this, it turns out that what it is encased in is actually the only thing holding it together. Bring up a salt water item and watch it crumble to dust when it dries out. Expose a mummy and it crumbles to dust. Sometimes leaving the item in place is the only recourse. Secondly, if it is determined to be genuine, it may turn into a tourist trap as many of the faithful come to see the wonder. I am all for letting people get closer to their faith, but it wouldn't be hard for charlatans to make and sell fake fragments of the Ark - or worse yet, actual fragments of the Ark. There are many other ways to deceive the faithful in this situation but I do no want to be giving anyone ideas or suggestions. Third, 14,000 feet is not a safe altitude for many of the faithful and it might literally cause deaths. Not to mention the hazardous path to get to where it is located. Many people are simply not up to the challenge and would need to be frequently rescued. I have seen other videos of this location and it does certainly present many compelling aspects that make it a likely candidate for being the Biblical Ark. I look forward to future updates on this topic. Thank you.
If it is Noah's Ark, wonderful! But people who abide in Christ don't need this as evidence to believe. WE BELIEVE!

Yeah you are right we believe.
I do not aim to discredit anything, or anyone. That being said, let's do some tests on the wood.
When is more video coming about this? Did they bring any boards back for carbon dating ?
How amazing it must be to touch and see what Noah and his family touched, crafted... Our second beginning. Thank you for sharing, God bless you and yours.
Was the wood tested to see if it was gofer wood? Why no pictures of the boat just wood planks?
fist off this was filmed in 2014 , it is now 2018 , there has been more then enough time to have gathered enough interest and people to find out . The true discovery of the ark would be A global religious awakening .
Noah and da boys did a GREAT JOB ! Lots a work went into this structure.

If this the Ark then what is it that Ron Wyatt found in Turkey?
This is utterly amazing. I do wish they'd had better equipment, and taken some samples for dating and simple verification. The Bible calls the wood the ark was made from "gopher wood". What was that? If this is the ark we could know! Also be nice to get some radar in there, do some scans, and then start real archeology on it. The site would be challenging, but doable. Assuming the Turkish government lets such a thing proceed.
This could be still shots from any place on the planet. Lets see real time video and carbon dating tests from the lumber.

Even so . But there must have been a big flood somewhere
Whatever this structure is, it looks very big and quite interesting.
Thank you for putting a majestic musical sounds for your presentation. It Truly is Majestic. This boat has saved a lot of innocent creatures. Incredible!
Lucky fellow, got to touch and feel the Ancient heritage and history, that flows through the Bible. It's a blissful experience I guess.
Its amazing to look at wood that could have been hand crafted by Noah, and his sons.
What a privledge, our forefathers and mothers of the whole earth, forefathers and mothers of the animal kingdom on that boat.God is real, accept it
I was skeptical about the Bible. I thought it was just stories written by men to make us believe. Noah's ark. I thought it was just stories written by men to make us believe. Today I realize that there is a lot of truth in this Bible written by men who believe in God. Today I realize that it was not just stories and there is a lot of truth in these writings.
I got to admit tho, some of that wood didnt look very old, definetly an awesome builder. I would take some ice chuncks from a room and go somewhere SAFE and melt the ice to see if you could find any animal hairs and to see if you can keep finding animal hair.
Cannot hold my tears. Glory to God.
What an amazing find! It was left there for the human race to find, blessed be to God almighty!!!
Time will come God's reveal his glory through his artwork..
So very super cool!! UI have tears in my eyes just watching this footage!!!
Why are the photos so poor?
Very very fascinating, this has my attention, i need more input !
I know people don't want to investigate further because they don't want to risk facing the Bible being real. But this is HISTORY! There needs to be a full investigation to figure out if this really is the Ark of Noah or not. Even as a Christian, I don't believe this is the Ark just based on some videos, I want to see a full excavation.
Some of the wood looks like it had been machined instead of hand worked. Alot more scientific study and testing is definitely needed
This is really amazing , thanks for posting this. Before this video , all I had seen for this site was a old photo from one of the national geographic channels shows back in the day. This truly is great. I hope that this can be protected and further studied.
i beleive in you GOD! no matter what happens i will surrender myself unto you! amen...
Amazing! To think that we are looking at what the hands of Noah and his family built pre-flood! WOW! God has shown us that His word is TRUTH!
Gives me chills
God shows proof to the disbelievers who will still deny. I watched the close ups of the beams and pictured Noah hand drilling and chiseling all that joinery. It was so perfect. Truly amazing to watch and see our history just as told in the Bible. Glory be to God and great job Noah!
I'd want to see a classical wooden boat builder look at this and hear his opinion about the wood work
"Blessed is he who believes who has not seen".- Jesus.
I am so thankful to my Heavenly Father for allowing me to see these magnificent, Holy images of the Ark. For those with eyes to see....He is blessing us beyond all imagining...to include us...even as active participants...in the unfolding of His Prophetic Timeline. This revealing, in my opinion, is part of God's unfolding and revealing....in these Last Days. Praise Jesus. He is coming very soon.
This was from 2014 where's 2018 you can't tell me no one's been back there and if it is in fact Noah's ark why is it not excavated and now in a museum at this point
Thank you for sharing and your hard work!
Lots of comments say wood looks too new. It was gopher wood similar to Rhodesian Teak. Super Hard wood impervious to bugs, water, and decay. Plus Noah spent 100 years building it and Noah was huge. People were larger before the flood due to atmospheric and genetic conditions so he perfected this ship. Imagine no video games, music, pathetic 40 hour work weak. Just straight preaching and building for what equates to a whole of one of our lifetimes. And he had 3 sons with the same strength and fortitude. Looks legit.
I'm a believer but even this won't convince unbelievers. They'll just say some guy was smart to make a big Boat and people from various cultures included it into their ancient. Believing In God requires personal relationship
Get some torpedo heaters in there to melt the ice, pump out the water as it melts and see exactly what it is man. Stop standing around, there's work to do.

MrCowboy Merrill Personally, I would have to inspect this up close in person to believe that this is Noah’s Ark. As of now I’m am not convinced.
One wonders why a sample of the wood is not collected and carbon dated.
@russwentz3957

When wood samples from decades-past expeditions were carbon dated, the findings were to be around 5000 years old and of middle eastern origin, but were discredited and mocked, just as they would be today. The hardened of heart and narrow of mind will never hear (or see) the truth.

nothing metal. all wood!
God only knows what it is and he will reveal that to those who believe in him.
I agree, there needs to be carbon dating of the wood! Also the outside of the boat should still have the pitch on it that Jehovah God told them to apply.
How on earth does a structure with hand hewn lumber find its way into the snow 14,000 feet up the side of Mt Ararat? Who would build it, and why?
To touch the ark, made by Noah and his family... that is truly amazing.
Was the wood analyzed?
Boy that was really interesting !!
That wood looks to be in way to good of shape to be Noah’s ark.
I'm looking forward to seeing the carbon dating of the wood
first question:why are these woods look so smooth?like the modern machine cut
What about the relation with the site of Noah's Ark that Ron Wyatt discovered?
@GerritAalten
3 жыл бұрын
Respect for the person Ron Wyatt, but there's no relation between the two sites. Please check out the scientific article considering Ron Wyatts site: noahsarksearch.com/AvciMurat/TelcekerEarthFlow.pdf The Formation and Mechanisms of the Great Telçeker Earthflow Which Also Crept Noah’s Ark!, Mount Ararat, Eastern Turkey. This article has been presented during the "First International Symposium of Mount Ararat and Noah's Ark" 2005, Dogubayazit, Turkey, under auspicien of Prof. Oktay Belli.
I'm not a wood expert, but would the wood even still be around from that time......
I wonder what cutting tool they’ve used in cutting the woods. Some has a neat cut. Nice!
Noah our grandpa wow! Amazing
fantastic! Thank you for this magnificent reveal.
There's no forest in mount ararat and for wood to be found up there is telling that this indeed is Noah's ark
I am so proud of these people for bringing this to our eyes
Noah will confirm if it's his boat when he's resurrected; better wait til then.

We really need more evidence to validate this.
It would be amazing if this is indeed Noah's ark but I would like to see video evidence to see the structure in greater detail.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLY THE FIND OF A LIFETIME

Thank God and all the people involved!
It's a wooden structure embedded in a glacier. What leads anyone to believe it is an ark? It is more likely a fortress of some kind, given its location. First examine the structure more carefully and then it may be possible to determine what this structure may have been

i am interested of the species of the wood. . . What kind of wood is it?
Awesome i love when historical items are discovered especially from noah and abraham times. I love it .thanku jesus
My God! This was mind-blowing! I want to find out more.
Remember the Ark was built in cubits, so it would not be shaped like a boat we see today, but it would be a rectangle. The exact measurements are in the bible.
This is the first believable info I have seen. Very interesting. I would love to learn more about this expedition. The photos speak for themselves.
How awesome! It really makes you think.
Well I'm glad someone went inside to shot photos.
Just an old wooden building, not a boat
This is a huge find! But right now in the last couple days there are big reveals coming out all over about ancient crafts being found & ancient city in the Arctic! It's taking away from this huge biblical news!
