Section 89 is for declaration regarding beneficial Interst and sec 90 is for investigation of beneficial ownership.

@@rashmirekhasahoo22 nahi section 89 mei only beneficial owner hai aur section 90 mei significant beneficial owner hai. Section 89 me koi bhi BO ban skta hai but section 90 me only natural person SBO ban skta hai. Section 90 me tabhi aaoge jab ushki holding indirect yah phir Direct+ indirect hogi matlab only direct holding me section 90 nhi lagega.

Is this ammendment applicable for Nov 21 exam?
