Hello sir , i have a question. We have seen that accused is supplied with the documents etc under section 207 and 208. But if the case is a complaint case and triable by a magistrate, then would the content written in warrant and summon about the offence that the accused is alleged of shall suffice the purpose ? Or he should be directed a copy of the complaint ?

Cognizance has already taken under 190 crpc after examination of parties in 200 crpc and after that power to issue summons come in 204 crpc.
