Sebastian Stan gained TOO MUCH MUSCLE

Ойын-сауық

Sebastian Stan had to beef up to play the Winter Soldier, but initially he didn’t really know how to properly train in the gym.
He only had six months to bulk up, so he was introduced to Don Saladino, who famously trains celebrity clients such as Ryan Reynolds, and he helped get him into great shape.
But for follow up movies, his goal changed from looking good shirtless, to getting as big as possible, which caused problems for the costume department. He put on so much muscle between fittings, that they needed to create a new "metal arm" for him to make room for his new measurements.

@@xestore I think actors confessing to their drug use may do more harm. It will encourage more and more kids to start taking roids without being aware of the consequences as we have seen in the current fitness world. All they would get is better looking muscles at the expense of their lives. I believe it's better that these 'secrets' remain as such. Because first of all what is it of use to us if we somehow exposed the actors? Nothing. Its clear we just want to create a fuss. So it's better if we man up and stop interfering with their lives. Instead enjoy their movies and their work. Secondly people may argue that these actors use drugs and kids or the youth look upto them and want to be like them. But when they realize it's impossible, they resort to using drugs. I would argue that before they realize, we should do our best to educate them so that when the time comes for them to make decisions they would know not to mess with such compounds. Just like we were educated about these drugs. And now we never took them. But if those young people for example hear about Chris Hemsworth confessing about steroids and his gains even before they were educated or understood the affects, they would most certainly be driven to take drugs because the actors told them about the benefits but were definitely unable to tell them about the consequences. Thus it will be stuck in their minds from the start to use steroids to attain unrealistic body standards.

He was not a waste. Ya’ll always expect characters to remain the same and do the things you expect them to do 💯 all the time. Thats not how character development works. What Bucky went through, the pain and suffering he went through. is what you call character development. Just because he wasn’t punchy, punchy and kicking and kicking like Cap all the damn time, doesn’t mean he was wasted. Thats not the point of his character, so get that through your head. Bucky never even asked to be a super-soldier in the first place, he was literally turned into that against his will, tortured, and used as a brainwashed killer. How they explored his character from going through all that to finally being able to cope and slowly move on and start over is what makes Bucky one of the best developed characters in the MCU. So, get over it.

Always the skinny or fat guys in the comments saying lift consistent and eat well for 6 months or dude isn’t that big lol. People that do lift know they won’t look like that. For most even if they already lift if they start training more heavy or intense an injury will always occur no matter on sleep or nutrition. This is why the ‘extra help’ they have benefits too.

I’mean, they really didn’t. You must’ve forget that Bucky, even as a super-soldier, he was dealing with pain and trauma from all the years of being tortured and used by HYDRA. They literally manipulated him into be a killer , something he never wanted to be. He killed countless innocent people, including Tony’s parents. He didn’t feel comfortable fighting the way you would’ve wanted him to fight. They didn’t do his character dirty, he made him realistic of not wanting to just go and punch, punch. He started off as a shooter before being a fighter. He’s not Cap. He was a shooter before being a super-soldier, and now as a super-soldier, he is more of a shooter than a brawler. Just because he wasn’t fighting with his hands doesn’t mean they did his character dirty… who tf wants to keep seeing Bucky fight like the winter soldier and spaz out and potentially attack his own people??? He wasn’t ready to fight like that again. Falcon and the Winter Soldier pretty much explored into that and on why he doesn’t fight like that anymore. He doesn’t feel comfortable fighting like that. Hell, he was throwing hands in that show along with Sam and John Walker. So, make sense on what you saying bruh.

  • @kjiggidy5719

And besides, even if he wasn’t shooting, wtf was Bucky gonna do to Thanos? What kind of a threat would he be to a Mad Titan that easily man-handled Thor, Tony, and Cap. Bucky wouldn’t have done anything better against Thanos than what those three were barely able to pull off.
