We went to Seaworld a few days ago after years of tili’s death, we very much missed him dearly. This is the first trip we’ve done without seeing him. It really sadden our heart. Rest In Peace Tili 💙🖤🤍

They will both always be my number 1s. Taima represented beauty and grace and all things good for Tili too! Malia carries their legacy :,))

3:58 Is when we see Dawn. Also, I was born the same year as Malia, in fact, I'm only three days older than her. So I think that's very cool. Now Tilikum and Taima already had a very strong bond together so it's very clear that even though during the moment, Taima is being protective, it is all totally normal. This happens in the wild with all animals. Now if it was Katina in the pool, I highly doubt he would've come out at all. I still think it was a little dumb that they were trying to force Tilikum into the pool with them. But it could've been worse. Props to the trainers who recommended that they stop the music.I bet Dawn was the one who told them to because I just have a feeling. I also like how the male trainer explained everything so that was good. I'm glad this all ended well and that Tilikum was able to meet his daughter. Tilikum's met all of his kids born at Orlando, but probably not as soon as with Taima's babies because Taima trusts him and loves him. ❤

They weren't forcing them by any means, while I do think it was odd they were pressuring them it was a new experience for all trainers involved. As for the music pausing, I believe Laura was the most experienced trainer with them at that time (and even to this day as she still works there) so it was probably her who was calling all the shots. Reguardless they only played the music to try to entice Tilikum out and hype him up. I agree with everything else though, Taima was definitely very kind to Tili during the whole encounter and it would've gone very differently with any of the other females.

They say they care, but yet they sell this captive born family member to another park. They should all be arrested for breaking laws against nature.

Malia (the baby) was never moved to another park. She’s still at SeaWorld Orlando

What an incredible experience for that audience. And thank you for sharing it. This is behavior that would be difficult to document in their natural environment and extremely rare to witness it in person. Wow. And it’s bittersweet to see Brancheau working with the whales that she knew and loved and that knew and trusted her. Even Tilikum. Sweet Malia is still with us, though.

It would be difficoult in their natural habitat?? And why are all the sientific studie's from "field sientist's"?? May be in the 60 tees, but now we have GoPro's, underwater microphones,.. Show me ONE link with sientific studie's about orca's which is from captivity?? And if it is not published, it is not official. So, I am waiting genius.

And this day Malia is the one left carrying the legacy of both of them. Also if that was Katina, Tilikum would've not come out regardless.

You can really see how close tilikum and taima were I dont think katina or the other females would of tolerated that so young I dont even think he met most of his calves born or who had lives at Orlando who were young calves when they met him I think the only young calves of his who had met him were taku unna and malia he met trua as calf I do wonder if he ever met tuar ikaika skyla and kohana I've seen old footage of him performing with young keto

I'm pretty sure he did met Ikaika:) because it used to be Katina, Tilly,Inna,Taku and Ike used to perform in the old SeaWorld shows. SeaWorld also let Makaio in with Tilly a few times I read somewhere...

That's because male orcas don't raise their young. The fathers are from a different pod, thus there is no direct parental care. Orcas have a matriarchal society.

Poor tili prolly doesn’t have good memories of how the female whales treated him in his younger days… he’s 2x bigger than the mom , yet he still follows her lead and she’s in charge . That’s amazing

He killed dawn and Daniel. Apparently Keltie was actually killed by Haida 2 and not Tilikum.

I don't think so; whales have no negative thinking or malice; he does not know those things. He must be waiting on his turn to clear the pool before he swims. Look, he waited patiently. Orcas are good at timing.

In human terms, their so called "Breeding Program" would be considered sexual assault both on the males and the female because THEY WERE NOT GIVEN A CHOICE!

Blackfish fans need to watch this, seaworld didn't force him with females that would harm him unlike the first place he was at. They treated their whales well. And also debunks their claims that they kept tilikum isolated during his entire stay at Seaworld. He was paired with Taima and they got along

I don’t know what you’re watching but that big ass whale don’t wanna go out in the pool with that female whale. He’s doing everything possible not to go out there but because it’s showtime they are doing everything possible to make him go out there.

@@KatStudios by that logic of all the killer whales that where born at Seaworld were inseminated" basically you would Thanos snap a vast majority of the killer whales at Seaworld. The San Antonio pod would be only Kyuquot, The Orlando pod would just be katina, and the San Diego pod would be Corky, Shouka, Ulises, and Makani, The loro parque pod would just be Morgan. The method was only done successfully at Seaworld four times and to both Kasatka and her daughter Takara.

I am just that only four whales where successfuly conceived via Artificial Insemination, if you said that all the whales were conceived via AI there wouldn’t be much whales left at sea World since they never use it much.

Did you watch the entire video? It was up to Taima, not the trainers and Tilikum came out, so she was fine with him being out there.

I hate the fact they say the whales r in charge and let them do their thing. But then again keep forcing them against what their nature does in their world. For a freaking show!!! Just open the pins and let them sort it out as they will obviously she went n the back and wasnt ready how she was swimming and left. Geez just quit trying to sounds like u know what they mean it's their world not urs
