I went to SeaWorld Orlando when I was 10..now 19 lol but it totally opened my eyes to marine life and although watching blackfish opened up a different perspective, I personally think the trainers and scientists at SeaWorld genuinely help the animals..and most of the time they help the animals and release them back to the wild. I just remember I had this love for dolphins when I left there and it almost makes me cry thinking about it..idk something so majestic about marine life..I so badly wish I could work their (not to be a trainer or anything) but work maybe in a shop to just relive the glory of when I discovered the beauty of marine life.

Taking my babygirl to SeaWorld in 2 weeks. It’ll be her first and my first time there. It will also be her first time on a plane. I can’t wait to see her reactions to everything. The entire trip will be something I will never forget. #GreatVideo!

SeaWorld is the best and anyone who says otherwise just doesn't know the facts well enough to know that SeaWorld is NOT bad.

My family and I had the best day ever when we visited last summer. The Manta is my fave coaster to date.

I been there it was beautiful.I will never forget it.I had a good time.I remember there was a bass guitar player who was playing where the whales were at and he was playing the sweetest tunes you ever wanted to hear.I loved it.

I have been to this seaworld more times than I can remember and have never seen it this dead. I was in Orlando in June and it was the first time I have gone to Florida and have not gone to seaworld . I was so torn with my decision not to go but I don’t think I was ready to go there and not see tillikum. Yes I have watched blackfish, several times, and have such mixed feelings about the whole situation because I don’t know what the answer is. At the end of the day those animals are still there and need love and attention. At any rate, seaworld is a beautiful park and it’s fun. Thanks for the vid!

Thanks for posting this. You do the best theme park walk throughs I've seen. The video is crystal clear. You don't talk or add music (nothing can beat the natural sounds of a theme park). You pan perfectly. Good angles. The video is the perfect length. If you would go through some of the restaurants and get a video of the menus, that would be an great addition. Again, awesome!

Ahhh, a "Blackfish" troll, lol. This is great!.......I've seen "Blackfish" and have been going to Sea World since 1977. Some of the issues that were brought out were ok, but most was political dogma and some proven disgruntled employees. Thanks so much for being so concerned about my "learning" from this "beautiful film about Sea World" (nice try, lol). But I'm capable of making up my own mind about such matters and separating fact from fiction, as you seem to have so blindly fallen for hook, line, and sinker. When you can justify pet owners having cats, dogs, birds, etc. in captivity, yet bemoan Sea World for doing the same, you're a hypocrite. If Sea World is so evil, why are you watching this video? Evangelizing for "Blackfish"? lol. Let's just say, thanks for the recommendation........but I'll pass ; )

Listen to me hes actually right. you see there taking very good care of the animals after tilikum died in 2015....correct me if im wrong...but after two killer whales died they are taking very good care of the animals to make sure they dont lose anymore, but until 2019 when there getting rid of the shamu show there going to let them be free in a very giant tank where they can roam around...do you get it now?

Seaworld hasn't taken an orca from the wild in 40 years. All these orcas were born in captivity or rescued from other marine parks and cannot live viably in the wild. Sea world also rescues hundreds of animals every year and provides homes for ones that would otherwise die. Only one trained orca from any park (Not from Seaworld), Keiko, was freed but he failed to adapt, continued to rely on human assistance, and then died a little after a year later.

It means it can't survive in the ocean, doofus. Only one captive orca was ever released into the wild and that was Keiko. He continued to flounder, rely on humans, and then died little over a year later. They have a choice to keep the whales they have or to shove them towards a 100% certain painful death. They decided to keep and care for them. They get care, special diets, mental stimulation and enrichment activities. Do some research independently and don't believe what PETA says.

I went there 2 months ago, it was great. Great trainers, great staff, very friendly crew. They knew a lot about the animals and cared a lot, you can just tell. The roller coasters were great considering that wasn't their main theme. Great park overall. Mako was my favorite.

I loved my visit to SeaWorld!A lot has been made about the"cruelty" of keeping animals in captivity...but I found nothing "cruel" about the way the animals are kept or in the way the they are treated by the people who care for them.Every person I talked with or asked questions of practically bubbled over with pride for the animal in their care!Once again....I support and WILL return to SeaWorld...

καὶ θεὸς ἦν ὁ λόγος don’t have to worry about that anymore since tilikem died. I think he was one of the only males around the world that they bred all the female orcas with, basically all having his genes. Sad really. Good thing they band the breeding of the orcas now.

Then you're an absolute moron. How can you not see anything wrong with an animal of that size and intelligence, who in the wild would travel 100 miles a day, being kept in a tiny tank? The reason they appear happy is because they are trained that way. I'm not saying the trainers do not care for the animals and do not love them, but at the end of the day what gives us the right as humans to capture and keep such beautiful animals for our sick entertainment. Please have some perspective and think about what you are supporting.

Blackfish is a slanted, biased bit of PETA-ish propaganda. Many of these animals would not survive in the wild and SeaWorld has rehabilitated some 27,000 animals since this location's creation and is partnered now with the United States Humane Society. Do your own research and stop letting one film control you.

Aw yay! I'm going there in two weeks and I'm so excited! And to all the comments about the park being cruel to the animals, you have to be there to understand. I don't know what it is but the first time I was there, I didn't want to be there because I heard the stories and watched Blackfish but oh my goodness when I went, you could sense the happiness in the animals.

Exactly, Blackfish needs to be debunked and sued. Too many misinformation. Too one sided. They don't represent the facts. They have one objective, to take down these parks cheaply. They never mention how the wild is filled with pollution, hunters, and garbage because we dump our ruins in there. They don't mention how the climate is getting warmer and how it's a risk for these animals who need coldness. Either way, these animals are living just fine.

To see these animals really happy you have to see them in the wild. How they hunt, Communicate, form strong family bonds, swim hundreds of miles at their own will. I have been to sea world in the past when I was younger, and loved it. But let's not pretend it's good for them to be here. That's just pretending it is how we would like it to be. It's just for our entertainment. They don't need to be doing tricks and be stuck in a tiny pool for their entire life. we can't ask them unfortunately, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be there if they had a choice.

this is so peaceful to watch especially cause im going in 2 weeks with my friends. im the only girl in my group thatvwould ride rollarcoasters. i love them me and lets call him Alex are the only ones that ride them we literally have to by ourselves

i was looking forward to bringing my kids to sea world at some point. thought id watch the vid and check it out (great vid btw) but my 4yr old asked why the orcas fin didnt stick up. so i told him it happens in captivity. either they dont have enough room to swim and grow or its poor diet, im not sure.... he looks unhappy and says 'or maybe they are just sad'.... talk about out of the mouths of babes!!!! iv been having this same thought about zoos and stuff. in two minds about it. its so cool that we can see animals up close in a safe way that we would never be able to otherwise. but at the same time i feel bad for endorsing it.... just my thoughts...

I agree!! I love animals but to see them unhappy & probably not in the best of health really just doesn't seem worth it to me.

QUEEN BEE they are retiring the theatrical show, "One Ocean", but they are introducing a new documentary style show.

I was there about 3 weeks ago, the park was dead, didnt que longer than 5 mins for anything at all, infact the longest part to getting on the rides was walking through the ride entrances it was that dead, the park seemed really run down also, not many places open in the park to eat and drink etc, was a real shame, busch gardens Tampa was the same.

+KunraVong This was around 11am where you see very few people and I just happened to have perfect timing where it was a clear path in front of me. Early May can be surprisingly slow at all the parks and it gets gradually busier near the end of the month.

It also depends on the time of day and day of the week. There was one day where I went where it was very full, and other day where it was pretty empty.

I actually know a lot of people who own birds, a lot of them even clip their birds so they can't fly. Even if you keep birds outside, in an aviary, they still can't fly the distances they would in the wild. Tons of people keep fish as a pet, these fish live in a waaaay tinier space than they would in the wild, yet nobody cares when millions of goldfish suffer their lives in a tiny bowl, yet a few dozen of orca's in the world cause such a fuss!?

@@silgisizkalem What you fail to understand is alot of these places are used to not only display information for animals, it is used to help animals who can not survive in the wild, or have been injured by certain things or rescued to have a chance in life, to help nurse them into good health, yes many zoos can be bad, sea world is wrong for the Orcas, I completely agree but everything else, leave them alone.
