  i’m gen z and never even knew what most of these movies even were and still always loved this ride anyways. it’s so tragic that it’s gone, and even more tragic is that they replaced it with such garbage

  The first time I ever rode this, I was completely blindsided and heartbroken by the fact that the shark gets killed at the end! 😢 So first-thing afterwards I went into the gift shop and bought a plushie of him, then spent the rest of the day hugging him and thinking of it as me secretly actually saving him.

  This was a very poor version of the show. The lady being the gangster didn’t have any character and the western scene without the fire is a huge disappointment one of the best parts.

  Maelstrom was an original most promising ride to get wet on fun had no limitations it was definitely a rough type of ride fully exquisite entertaining at it's best you wanted te a viking before you left the boat ⛵

  This was probably my favorite Epcot ride even after Test Track was built. I LOVED the ambiance of this ride, the oil rigs with the storm, the tesla coil, etc. even the exit was amazing, just a quaint sea side port / fishing village with perfect audio to feel like you're really there. The little sailboat was a nice touch and I swear I could smell the ocean too.

  This scene made me cry, harry loses everything he loved. He lost his parents, he lost Sirius, he lost dumbledor, he lost dobby. He lost everything he ever loved. And the worst part is, he counted on the Weasley family to be his family.

  I been watching this video for the last ten years, it brings back my great memories of Epcot and the way it use to be, it was always my favorite park in the 90’s when I went to Disney every summer when my daughter was young, it really made her a fan of Disney to this day, I hope to bring my grandson there son where we can together build great memories as well, thanks for videoing it….

  As much as I miss this ride, it wasn’t very popular with younger guests, heck my little brother was scared of this ride, even up to when it closed. Say what you want about runaway railway, I think it’s a decent replacement and has the lines to prove it whenever I visit the studios
