While it definitely wasn't a PI, number 5 definitely made illigal contact (intentional or not). Either way, the Seahawks WR's seemed to give up after Fields injury so the loss is on Seattle 🤷

Shows you how a bad PI call at a crucial moment can completely change the game. Not having one PI challenge for a call or non-call is insane, especially considering how horrible the refs have been this year.

Well because they want the ability to at anytime, call the game how they want. It's arguably why so many "discretionary" flags have been implemented in the past decade. Most notably not landing full body weight on the QB, Helmet to helmet and taunting. We've all seen them call these flags when there wasn't a shred of evidence to suggest there was a penalty and then we've seen the reverse happen as well. All at the refs discretion. I don't mind flags as long as they're consistently called for both teams and they actually happen.

@@triodesrbetter Not really. On review it looks more like a hand check and Nacua looks like he was tripping before he went down. Even if there had been a hand grip there's no way the defender had enough leverage to pull that big of a guy down with little visible effort, but that's really too close of a call in the end zone in the 4th quarter of a close game. I think that's why the defender was gesturing with his arms and complaining, he knew that Nacua had tripped on his own and went down even though he had his hand on him.

Actually Seattle benefited from even more no calls. Watch them each week and put away your bias, the Hawks have more refs in their pockets than most teams in the NFL. If Seattle can't win a close game to the nobody Rams they don't deserve to win much.

The Seahawks kicker missing a field goal at the end and that cost Seattle the game but I guess its easier to blame the refs. If McVay went for 3 points on 4th and goal in the first half instead of running the ball the Rams would have been up by 3 more points and the kick at the end wouldn't have been tried because Seattle would have needed a TD to win.

Why is it that they can **barely** touch the pylon in the corners for a TD but are Required to have so much control in the middle of the end zone? Don't need two feet in the corners. Most of those corner 'pylon' TDs should be disqualified; be honest.

@@andradeb2695 Sorry. I was just furious about the reffing and ADs nasty hit on Geno and kinda went berserk lol. I’ve never been more angry about a game than this one. The 49ers didn’t do anything. I still wish for a good game. I was actually really looking forward to it. And I was just furious because 3 of our starters including our QB got injured in this game and now my hopes of seeing a good game on Thanksgiving has been hurt. I was looking forward this Thanksgiving game all season. And now just one game before it we get injured and is highly likely to affect and ruin our chances to compete in that game.

If we lost this game because we were outcoached again that would've been one thing, but holy hell the refs had too much of a say. No call on the high hit from Aaron Donald which injured Geno which was huge. The phantom DPI call which led to a big TD for the Rams. The defense did let up some runs, but momentum was heavily swinging in the Rams favor and if anyone has played a sport, they know how much of a factor momentum can be. It's honestly annoying how there's always a game every week in the league where we question the league on the integrity of their refs. Also want to note, there were throws Lock threw which went incomplete that Geno would've made which would've put us in Rams territory.

@@stevenpadilla2254 That's part of the issue with the call in general because we have seen this be called for just being in the vicinity or brush across the QB helmet. His hand was around Geno's neck area, by their own little rule that supposed to be a penalty. There is zero consistency in this league and it's penalties

When I was there at Sofi, I was scared when the seahawks was doing a kick to win the game.

for all the people crying about geno not being the answer. well he looks a hell of alot better then lock did in this game.

Most of the people criticizing Geno were *not* saying that Lock was the answer. They were saying the Seahawks need to draft a QB next spring.
