I absolutely hated his ego he had and acting like he knew everything about everything. I do not like close minded people like that.... there is confidence and then there is just being rude and not thinking anyone is at or beyond your skill level. Happy he didn't win, I wouldn't want to work for anyone like that... have in the past and I just ended up walking out on the job.

It’s funny how Russell blamed his team for losing in the finale but couldn’t understand he lost because he rushed out the food without ensuring it meets the customers expectations

I'm not surprised in the slightest that Russel lost with the way he performed. Nona was stern with what she expected from her team, meanwhile Russel's only standard was "do it faster" and ended up sending out undercooked food.

As much as I like JP, Marino is actually a good replacement. He can be serious and funny sometimes. James is just too boring and just wanna be JP 2.0. JP has better charisma than James.

Would have absolutly loved to see the uncut raw dinner services with raj in it that is pure comedic gold.

Good to see our goid friend Raj is back

Raj by far one of the 5 most entertaining people in the history of HK. He could be even more entertaining than Ramsey. Not surprising that the last service of Season 8 was really bad. Neither Nona nor Russell would've won in almost any other season except for maybe Seasons 1 or 2

yeah certainly, people seem to think Raj is the worst chef when there's other horrible ones like Lisa, Melissa etc... the latter (Melissa) had wasted bares of filets or smth, she should've been eliminated for that 😂😂

True, you can, depending on how you do it and what kind of cut it is. We do it too but usually they're smaller parts for a stew in general.

I love Raj, he is the only reason i bothered watching this show and him leaving is the only reason i stopped watching this.
