Searching Isopods In The Wild 2023

As a new type of pet, Isopoda has become popular all over the world because of its simplicity and convenience in keeping and also the cute appearance that is typical of many species. Under the influence of the market, some Isopods explorers have also been spawned. They travel to various parts of the world to explore new species and introduce them into the hobby. In today’s video, I follow 2 experienced Isopods explorers and found 5 new species in a small city in southwest China. They are:
Troglodillo sp.“Concavus"
Troglodillo sp.“Sedum”
Troglodillo sp.“Lichen”
Armadillidae sp.“Purpurifolia”
Armadillidae sp. “kumquat”

I used to go all up in the mountains and caves in my area when i was a kid and look for bugs and animals. i have a genetic disease so im now disabled and cant go outside much watching your videos makes me so happy and makes me feel nostalgic. Ive found many types of isopods around my house and it has been very fun to feel the thrill of turning over stones and bark!

Wow this is really cool! I keep isopods at home and I've never seen anything like these. Some beautiful isopods you found in China! Did you know that rubber duckies can go for hundreds of dollars for just 10 here?? I imagine some of these other ones would also go for a lot more o.o
