Just confirming you used both batteries during your testing? Surprised the range was so low with two batteries.

Legit question. We did indeed use the second battery. You can see it mounted to the frame in all of our testing footage. After the derailer broke, we didn't want to use it for our "studio" shot (where I'm standing next to it.) So we used the replacement bike they sent us, which didn't have the extra battery installed. Fortunately we did the high speed test last, so it didn't effect any of our other testing.
