I could understand if you had said something like "wussy politicians" or some other term regarding their lack of "spine" to keep the country together. The same insult one would've given to someone in Abe Lincoln's place (alternate "what if" history scenario) for letting the confederacy get independence from the USA through diplomacy instead of civil war. But I don't see the corruption.

Its also very common here in our country Philippines dynamite fishing. Not very good when you taste the dynamite and the corals are destroyed which is worse.

its because of wind we have in montenegro, called bura, blows offshore up to speeds of 30knots and more, water is flat but wind will blow your boat easly offshore

Should probably not scuba dive in a place where they commonly blast fish. Not really blaming the victim just some pretty prudent advice. Like saying don't park your car in a place where cars are commonly stolen or vandalized. Shouldn't have to be said.

​@@carultch Montenegro was its own country, just like how Texas was,and when they gained their independence its okay since many people here call themselves Serbian,we speak Serbian basically and we have similar cultures, beadies the borders we are basically the same What's different about Kosovo is that it was gradually made into it's own country, not by the people living there but by the countries outside, turks were massacring Serbs and doing bad things to the women on Kosovo so Serbs fled North,and because Albanians and Turks were friendly the turks allowed them to inhabit the parts that Serbs left,its very sad history that shouldve never happened

I don't see how people can see this, and be like, "wow, I feel sorry for this situation." But then not feel the same about people of color in the hood, or latinos stuck in different barrios across the world. It's all the same shit, from different shingles. All of us poor are really feeling the heel of the elite on the backs of our necks right now. The system has never been designed for the poor.
