@@lloydscarlet5233 I researched different techniques on leaving the body and one of them said, "After becoming Lucid and you're fully conscious in the dream state, take flight. Once you're at a COMFORTABLE height, wake up, and you might find yourself Astral Projecting..." I'm paraphrasing but that's DEFINITELY the technique. It actually worked on my 1ST ATTEMPT...but I was so excited, I ended up back in my body. It was about 15-20 seconds...lol. I was looking at something al white & wavy and was confused at 1st. But i was kinda bobbing. When I realized I was looking at my ceiling DIRECTLY IN MY FACE, it was like everything "turned on" (lack of a better phrase). It felt like a current was running thru my astral "body". I twirled myself around and was looking down at my physical body holding my 2yr old daughter...😁She fell asleep on my chest & I fell asleep not long after. That's when i became EXCITED AF! I mean, HELL, I WAS LOOKING AT MYSELF! Ended up back in my body in a blink & opened my eyes. I had to restrain myself from jumping up off the couch and possibly hurting my daughter but when I got her layed back down, bro, i was jumping up & down & laughing like a big ass kid. I've only achieved it 4 more times since then. Twice was thru the Lucid technique. That daughter is 25yrs old now. I'm 52. I had a brain aneurysm WITH 5 strokes several yrs ago & survived the odds of 95% chance of dying. But it did enough damage to take me away from studying & learning spiritually. I'm still not the same person I was but I'm here. Sorry for the long essay, bro, but it's not easy breaking down something that blew your mind!
