Boxing is not about hugging and throwing shots at each other. You must be new about the sport. Boxing is about protecting yourself, setting traps to throw punches and respecting your opponents. Self defense is more like it. The "hugging", you're spewed nonsense about, it's called clinching. A boxer must clinch to protect him or herself. Ryan Garcia was sus with his defense

Pathetic. The sport is so limited already, let's see who the best puncher is. They were hugging for 15 mins out of that 36 min fight. The point of clinching is to wear the guys arms out and catch your breath. PATHETIC.
