Figuring out who the dog is could mean figuring who the handler is.. there are not a large number of dogs in the seal teams and not a large number of handlers. In fact in one of the pictures I recognized ONeil Roberts (no longer classified as he passed away) even though he was censored in part because he was a dog handler

selfco the history of American Special Forces whether its Green Berets, Seals or Delta Force ....and have to say each one is just bad ass!....the whole history is rooted in British Special Forces. There is a strong link there. Massive respect to British Special Forces from the US.

@Chris Bateman - one of my best friends had a son in law who was Delta Force for something like 15 years. He was Indian so his nickname was Chief. He quit the Delta Force and became a CIA operative. Killed by a sniper within a year as he drove through the Afghan mountains. There was a list of accomplishments on the flyer at his funeral. It was mindblowing and I'm sure that there was some left out for security reasons. Chief was a bad ass. But gentle in life. Much respect for Delta Force. Oh......he also had two funerals. The second one was led by elders from his Indian family. I didn't see it but when my BF told me about it, it sent chills over my body. It was honoring a great warrior. Chief was a great warrior. R.I.P. Chief.

@Mark Young sigh, those dudes on Extortion weren't even on the Bin Laden raid. They were from Gold Squadron, and Red Squadron did the raid. There are multiple squadrons inside DEVGRU. And why are the two dudes who wrote books still alive? Oh yeah that's right.

The reason that some eyes are blocked out and some are not have nothing to do with the confidentiality of their mission, they were KIA and it is in respect for their identity and family's protection.

Absolutely amazing men, both as warriors and as human beings. Never have I seen in a person the capability for unparalleled violence and aggression paired with the most emotional, loving and dedicated team members. One minute these guys are blowing open doors and dominating a room, next second they are hugging the Australian soldier who just lost his best friend to an IED. Navy SEALs aren't just incredible warriors, they represent the best of humanity. A willingness to fight for what you believe in to the point that the only way to stop him is to kill him, accompanied by compassion and kinship with fellow warriors from a far off nation. Hooyah men, you are among the best alive.

Camo job on that MP7 at 0:55 is pretty dang good! Plus todays lesson is head torch will fit around a plate carrier real nice.

I like the MP7 because it's fed through the pistol grip, and it's extremely compact. I wish they made a 9mm version of one. Brügger & Thomet MP9 is an alternative option though.

A huge thank you. Last night, I was shown my xhusbands dog Striker. They showed me Striker, inside heavens gates, he is plump and was sitting on some very lush landscape. In this life, I have very little regret, Striker was my first experience with regret. My xhusband and I had very different view point on how to treat an animal. There was a time before we moved into the 5th wheel trailor ( off to my life of misery) that Striker was kept in the backyard. I thought my x was feeding him, but I think he went 1 or 2 weeks without food. When we moved to trailer he had a pin outside with a dog house, so I could keep better track of him. He was not allowed inside, I tried to stand up for him, it's the one regret that I have. I appreciate very much getting to see him. He was poisoned and we found him dead in the backyard of our citrus heights home, his face was frozen in pain. That was around 2010. As bigge smalls said "I've been in This since 1992, look at all the bullshit, that I have been through" Cash rules everything around me.

I can remember years ago there were no books on SEAL's or operations, just historical books going back to Vietnam, WWII, etc. Then 13 Hours at Benghazi was printed long before the movie. These men and their K9's deserve nothing but respect for what they do.
