Seaholm District Neighborhood Walk - Downtown Austin 2024

"The Seaholm District is a former industrial section of southwest downtown Austin that has undergone a dramatic transformation into a vibrant, mixed-use urban neighborhood.
At the core of the district is the decommissioned Seaholm Power Plant which has been redeveloped into a landmark employment, residential and retail destination.
Austin's award winning new central library, which opened in 2017, provides a public cultural anchor for the district. At the former Green Water Treatment Plant property, two of four blocks occupied by the Northshore Apartments and 500 W 2nd Street Offices are complete and occupied. The Independent Condominiums, built on the former Energy Control Center, opened in 2019 and is the tallest currently occupied building in Austin."

Hey lomas, does Austin have homeless encampments? I noticed a few tents here and there in your videos and was wondering if Austin has a problem with homelessness like los Angeles. If so, would you do a video on it?
