when u said full blade, ur blade needs to be submerge even down lower, for what u did is still considered as shallow water. And ur rowing arm is too near to the blade. gotta move higher up in order to have a deeper catch

Both leg forwards...check! concrete theory...check! No negative angle...check! we use a side exit and entry though...not wrong just different! Auzzies did well at the worlds! GO PUFF! (Miami) thanks for the vid...loved it.

yep, also should pull out a bit sideways to avoid drag and not straight up which is slower
