Hi Tammy… I live in New England, am 87, a newbie striving cook with the Atlantic Ocean only 1 hour away and love seafood.. This lobster tail recipe is definitely the best I’ve ever seen and can hardly wait to cook it.. $40 a pound is a stretch for the tails but I have a friend who owns a restaurant and yes I am blessed to have access to mucho lobster 🦞 claws and tails . I’m going to load up an empty quahog shell with the the claws, tails with your wonderful crab/shrimp recipe on top ...with your sauce and drizzling butter 🧈 and take it to heaven.. How’s this sound? Oh !! I have a fisherman friend who comes to my town every Thursday and he has the shrimp 🍤.. I think 🧐 that you have given me my recipe for supper tonight..Thank you !!

I made them for me and my husband for New Year's, they were Excellent!! Thank you Chef Tammy what a great recipe and my first time ever to stuff a lobster. Your tutorial was very simplistic, much appreciated.

Tammy , you need to have your own cooking show international, you make it so easy and you take your time. Thank you for the love, also, let your views know how much it will cost you verse making it yourself. Girl you are good. Don't change.

I made this and it was amazing! I would use less cajun season or less Old Bay if you're salt sensitive like me. Otherwise, this is a winner!

This tasted incredible! My sis is allergic to something in the old bay so I omitted it, I used unsalted butter and I was light on the creole seasoning and it was still too salty. I will make this again and cut back on something somewhere… that cedar plank mix is everything!! Delicious recipe 🤤
