SEAFOOD PAELLA [ EASIEST WAY TO COOK PAELLA ]
Shrimp 4 pcs
Scallops 100g
Mussels 4pcs
Green & red bell pepper
2 medium size tomatoes
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp Thyme
Salt to taste
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup Japanese rice ( I’m using こしひかり)
2 1/2 cup chicken stock ( substitute 2 1/2 cup hot water + 1 chicken cube
Parsley for garnish
Lemon

Suggestion from Spain. We don't mix the rice after adding the stock to form a socarrat or burnt crust. Instead of chicken broth you can use the broth from the previously boiled seafoods with salt. Also please add some fish. We use saffron instead of paprika. This is a better version of foreign paella. Others add chorizo. It's a mortal sin. Congratulations for this version.

@@LianLim Ok. Saffron is expensive so some use turmeric. Try preparing with socarrat. It tastes great.

I use kokuho Rose rice.
Paggagamit ka ng Japanese rice kailangan mo syang ibabad for 15-20mins after mo syang hugasan kasi matigas yung Japanese rice 👍😊

hi, just want to clarify the amount of rice. Is it 1 1/2 cups or 1 3/4 cups? The description says 1 1/2 cups but the video indicates 1 3/4 cups. Thank you
