Might treat myself to some posh chow mein this bank holiday weekend. I cook on my outside pot belly stove, get it to an insane heat and put my work on the chimney, it gets some serious wok hei! The prawn/chicken plus extras stock isnt something I've seen before - really excited to try this! Thanks Jeremy!

You can re-grow the spring onion in your garden or even on your balcony :-) Hey Jeremy, where is Emma? I am missing her dearly on those flavour fridays. If still in contact: greetings from a fan from the north of Germany. Such a great talent, in explaining, telling "stories behind the scenes" and great cooking. What makes a good teacher? You've got it. But she's got it too, for sure! Amazing talent!
