In Western countries also, some inner walls in apartment blocks are made of this type of plasterboard.usually the walls inside 1 apartment. The reasons are ..a) it is less weight on slab b) it costs less

You are wrong. Remember you are very high up. No one can break the window and come inside. Floor to ceiling windows are a luxury and looks fantastic.

@twistr99 it's connected by beach road . All kerala coast has rock wall. Beach Road leads to NH66 , 1 km away. Such land in kannur city is double the price. This place is 20 km from kannur , going south on NH66. Brennen college is 3km away
