Better go for Lodha Altamount....where penthouses retail for 1L per sqft or Omkar 1973 in Worli where 5700 sqft carpet area penthouse will set u for under 30. crores (bsp). Dont know when nd how Bandra surpassed the likes of Napean Sea Road, Malabar Hill nd Altamount Road, interms of property rates for persqft

Honestly speaking even if that person can afford would never waste their money on a property in Bombay(Mum)? I mean it's near about 6 million USD? Near about 5 million Euro! AND INVESTING WHERE? IN one of the most polluted country? Weather sucks! Can't move a bit without an A.C, always salty and sweaty because of humidity! Har ek saans mein pollution leke kya hi fayda! It's better to invest in Notting Hill or in central park view NY, or somewhere in Lower Manhattan or somewhere in Bel Air( though I am not sure whether u will get anything wid this price), Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills!
