This Chocolate creation is full of love, it represents mother and baby sea turtle swimming on an anemone, it is probably my most realistic organic sculpture, it took me 4 days and 60lbs of chocolate.

And he also uses freeze spray to attach things so they stay in place.
The sheer amount of intricate detail & life like accuracy he puts into every piece he creates is fantastically mind blowing!!

The dragon and the red keep, or the samurai warrior were easily my two favourites tied for first of my personal picks, but now I’m so in love with the sea turtle. I’d love to eat it 💚
