Hi there, thank you for your comment but this really is not the case. I would suggest that you have a test drive at your local dealer. In our experience, outboard versions are usually more quiet than the inboard versions. That certainly is the case with this Sea Ray SPX 210 Outboard. A truly great setup, but of course there are advantages and disadvantages to having an outboard versus an inboard.
