Hi everyone, I’m Christan Long!
I am an adventure traveler who grew up as a part of The Long Family of Gorge River. We are the most isolated family in New Zealand. We live 2 days walk from the nearest road on the South Island West Coast, between Haast and Milford Sound.

I’m out with my mate Nat and we are exploring some of the areas to the North West from Hamnoy.
Yesterday we actually got in a Sea Kayak and we paddled about eight kilometers across into the wind up into Bunnefjorden. We then climbed over to the Buneset beach where we camped.

WildKiwiAdventurer , we are in Melbourne - Stage 4 - bounded by 5 km radius zone. It’s been quite an experience and I think of you and your family often and how well you’ve done growing up in an isolated part of the world and this gives me some comfort for the future...

Breathtaking! Thanks for sharing. I would like to suggest a life update vlog. The pandemic has impacted so much of our world. How are you and your family managing with being separated indefinitely? It’s terrible for me that I can’t visit my family right now. Just an idea.
