Sea Fishing in FEB - Lets be honest here....

Спорт

I headed down to Shingle beach in St Leonards .Id been hearing reports of dogfish being caught alongside whiting and the dreaded 5 Bearded Rockling. We call these slugs! In a slightly different approach today i try and give an honest idea of a fishing session for me and let the camera roll mistakes and all!
We often talk about mens health and i can honestly say just getting out fishing on a day like today, even in Winter is well worth it regardless of catching.
As always thanks for watching please let me know if you salt your lug and if you have had any luck with them when sea fishing.
There are lots of ways to interact with the channel;

*Amendments and revisions;
There is a section where Nelly the dog picks up the dogfish- initially I thought it was alive but it was well dead! The edit only just catches me correcting my self and saying “no” and I took it off the dog and back in the sea. So no dogfish we’re harmed in the making of this video

    Lovely video Matt, as always, and a beautiful spot. You put me to shame, I haven't been out fishing since last autumn, life gets in the way sometimes. I must venture out to your part of the South coast one day, I tend to stay in the East Devon & Dorset area as I live a fair way inland, and those are my nearest areas of decent coast. I agree with London Viking, I love your videos & I don't think you over-edit at all, I think your channel is definitely one of the best out there as you have exactly the right approach in every respect. Please keep them coming, & in my opinion you don't need to change anything!

    "One man and his Dog, went to catch a Fishy"! Mission accomplished. Nice one Matt, even the Dog caught an appropiate Dogfish! Some useful tips as always. Why is it that Swimmers/Paddleboarders and the like always end up in front of an Angler, even when they have a huge beach to use? 🙄🙄 Tight lines, stay safe & well - Dave. 🎣🎣👍👍 Oh, and thanks for the recent email. 👍👍

    Great video, not a blank at least,, as far as the tag end of a knot bursting the bait , I leave mine long , fold it upwards as you put the fresh lug on and it slides over with no bursting, it also acts as a bait holder once the worm has gone past the end , it creates a V shape inside the worm which can help to prevent the worm slipping back down 👍👍🤠
