Sea Buckthorn, Reasons It's a Top Superfruit

SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE!: bit.ly/2OsRhsi
Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa) are a unique "seed" from one of the tallest trees in the Amazon. Known as one of the highest dietary sources of the mineral selenium, here we'll discuss two reasons why they might not be a consistently reliable source.
Will two nuts a day keep selenium deficiency away? Maybe, maybe not. Plus, info on why most nuts available are produced from wild stands of trees, not crop cultivated.

Often used in Permaculture, Sea Buckthorn enriches the soil and packs a potent source of Vitamin C.

@@MeandKeanu Idk man i still use ormus time to time, some people really know how to make it as ancient alchemist did, i find i sleep less, eat less and am more energized using it because really its not food we need or mass its minerals/nutrient density. Like Shilajit. There are monks who live in the Himalayas for 100s of years only off water, shilajit and some berries they find on their travels.

Should be etensively raised and readily available as a commercially harvested product - along with raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, blueberries in grocery stores, .... One Green World nursery (Portland, Oregon) sells 29 varieties from around the planet ... All these should be considered for domestic and wild growing conditions as a food and forage item.
