Its no good signing millions of players that come to a game when they can be bothered, you need a proper spine to the team of the same players each week. There is zero chemistry in this team its 90% individual plays, they scream anything for the dons but they need to add " except hardwork and commitment"

You’re absolutely right! I said it before, when the Puma sponsorships, GDK sponsorships, endorsements, free boots etc came, its as if the hunger left at the same time. Players don’t show up, you’ve literally got key players just turning up, showing their faces in the videos just to hang around the sideline and create banter claiming to be injured or at most they’re coming for the big games putting in minimal effort and never to be seen again until the next cup run. It’s absolutely shambolic. The clubs going down hill.

The way you mocked them time after time was always gonna bite you on the ass eventually 🤣 This was a joy to watch 🤣

These didn't even show many of the utr highlights whereas Manny showed highlights on both side. At the start it seems like dons were dominating badly at the start when if you watch it on mannys vid it weren't all that

Our best players this season have been Bode, Lefty and K-Runna. Big misses when they don't play.

Tbh I feel like he’s always forced to be play out of position, I agree with your comment to an extent but surely it’s a bit unfair to NMP (in my opinion) when he’s not playing consistently in his position, but I’m also not stupid, formations changes players need to play out of position, I dunno just my thoughts on it

J-Boogie and Jackaldihno have to get the start. The creativity and calmness that Dihno has and the energy and spark J-boogie gives makes the Dons look like an attacking threat.

Think they know who their best players are. They will get preferential treatment. So players aren't gonna play through the season knowing as soon as the big games come they'll get dropped like hot shit for one of the superstars. Them big players who turn up for the big games, need to either be there all season or get fucked off.

That speech at the end from George was right on the money. I feel bad for players like George, NMP and King because they’ve been there since the start playing on shit pitches against both quality teams and god awful teams but always always worked hard for each other I don’t like being negative especially talking about the Dons but it seems like that family and togetherness has withered away. All love though 💚

To put it nicely the attacking aspect of the game as been awful the last few weeks from the Dons. The amount of outside of the box shots hitting the old granny walking down the road was enough to give her a concussion. So many opportunities wasted because shooting needlessly from outside the box to try and get the glory goal. Some of the players need to rethink their role within the team because the few weeks have not been good enough for a team fighting for league titles.

Spot on from Big G at the end. Can have all the technically ability in the world but if we can’t even win 1st & 2nd balls or press their back line, we don’t deserve shit. These last few performances have been so against the Dons DNA we have seen over the last few years. Would rather get outplayed than outworked, but lets leave each game knowing we left everything out there. Our club slogan isn’t “anything” for nothing. It means something. Hopefully we can patch up some of these problems before Wednesdays final.

No one has more passion and love for the club than big G! When I first started watching it seemed like a family that loved and fought for each other, represented se dons and alphas pride. Of course the club needs tactics but it’s lacking passion now

I always wonder what the team would be like if Donny hadn’t got injured? That’s when the level of players began to change and didn’t really feel like a group of mates playing anymore.

Happens in most local teams starts with friends and they go to war/break a leg for you because there your brothers then people get old or injured and players come in that aren’t really as close and that togetherness goes slowly , I’ve seen teams folding because of it , #anything

To be fair ... UTR have had the SAME side for YEARS. I think the DONS , you guys get some of your BEST players poached for Saturday football.... I dunno... it's hard to build that way. It seems hard to hang on to the best talent you guys have had. The starting 11 is a toss up week in week out.... whereas, for sides like UTR, they have a standard 11 .... or at least a nucleus of 6-7 players EVERY Sunday. Jmt.....

I'll be honest, some of the players just need to look at themselves and think, do they actually want to be there. Doesn't matter what the score is, to not even try even the smallest amount to run back at the end of the game there is criminal. Have a bit of pride for yourselves. The Dons are full of great footballers, but right now, they are not a good team at all. A lot of those players might look and just think, "next year will be different", or "we'll start again next year". You can't. Fix it now and the year can still be successful. Leave it until next year, and you will imprint the bad habits and it will not change. Last thing I'll say is, football should be fun, and it can be fun, but a lot of the time it isn't. It's 90 minutes of horrible, painful torture. But if you work for eachother, no matter the result, it will always be fun. Playing like the Dons did today, will never be fun. I believe it can change. The boys have to prove it now
