I think at the time this video came out, the only cinematic version of Deadpool was the one in X-Men Origins, which had Ryan Reynolds in the role. Maybe people feel that no one can play the Merc with the Mouth but Reynolds.

It will be quite hard to ever find someone worthy of interpreting deadpool, he would need to be fully insane or atleast able to make it look like he is, not only that but he would have to be able of condensing that insanity into comedy. The only actor worthy of this role would be Jim Carrey, too bad he is kinnda old for interpeting an inmortal

Pure brilliance. Also, that might be the best Deadpool costume I've seen yet. The mask was amazing compared to others I've seen.

Ryan Reynolds is Deadpool in live action (maybe in animation/voice acting) but Nolan North is the voice for Deadpool when Ryan isn't around.

THIS should've been epic if THIS happened THIS year's comic Con.

I can say it....FINALLY !!! I've been waiting AGES for a Deadpool game, one of the best characters.I hope It's going to be awesome and...CRAZY!

I'm no deadpool expert but the little I HAVE seen about the character is that he is supposed to be loud and obnoxious. Wouldn't you be if you were invincible?

This really is the best thing ever. Over 20 years and Wade finally gets his own game. Other than a Mature-rated animated series, or an R-rated live-action movie, THIS is what longtime fans like myself have been waiting for! (and an end to the Daniel Way run, sorry bro) Loved seeing him crash the panel, and the costume is the best I've seen to date. I can't wait.

You've pretty much stated my exact feelings on Way and Deadpool. As for getting caught up in larger MU stories, he had a small but pivotal role in the conclusion of Secret Invasion, among others. I'd like to see more of this kind of thing, only with larger roles played. Or even more of his own big-picture type stuff (saving the free will of the human race by kicking Captain America in the nuts comes to mind). The new run is written by comedian Brian Posehn and Gerry Duggan. Well see how it goes.

It kind of was, considering the repetitive gameplay and lack of content, the whole thing was just this: Step 1- Buy guns Step 2- shoot things Step 3- End story mode Step 4- ...Repeat if you want but it's literally just the same thing
