A decent cooler at a street price. Great review as always!
Arctic Freezer 36 is the true budget king with its outstanding performance(especially on Intel due to exclusive bracket)for as low as 25euro. Also no issues with Ram clearance, due to more compact size and very easy installation with fans. For bigger coolers, Thermalright peerless assassin is the true budget king. Great performance that almost rivals Noctua and Be Quiet for as low as 35euros on Amazon. And i dont see Mugen beating Thermarlight even though its more expensive. It is unfortunate that these companies dont send review samples to you, as you did point out. Thanks for the great and detailed review anyways Aris.

I wIll buy the Thermalright cooler, if they don't reply again. I sent them a new email today.

@@HardwareBusters You should try the Phantom Spirit SE from Thermalright, it is said that is a little better than the peerless assassin and it would be great to have trusted reviewers testing it. The price is almost the same.

@@GutoChanI'd love to see both those 2 coolers, they seem to be hands down the best air coolers on the market, aside from maybe the new NHD15 that just came out...but both of those are like $100 cheaper!
Great, thank you !!!
Great review, great cooler. I wonder how it compares to Arctic 36
If you want budget king, look no further than Thermalright. They are at a point where other manufacturers don't even know how they can offer such a good performance for such a low price (probably razor thin margins maybe some loss leaders).

sent them an email again for cooperation. I want to test their products, too.

@@HardwareBusters I hope they will return your email, but I guess not all manufacturers send review samples. As they are not that expensive, buying one for evaluation won't be a big deal :)
Hi mate! you are the best Reviewer on KZread! i love you guys.
You are a spitting image of Bryan Intihar, currently the senior creative director of Insomniac Games, and former Editor of Electronic Gaming Monthly Magazine. Are you sure you two are not related?

Isn't testing for new AMD products a bit trickier than before? Since their CPU's are designed to run at 95 degrees at all times. Great video as per usual. Love the content.

It is but in the way we do it, we don't care because we don't take only temperature as the major factor, but average CPU frequency and CPU Wattage, which we measure through the Powenetics hardware and software.

Strange, i would probably send ya something just to see a review. Steve cant help out? I get the sponsers and stuff and understand. Just seems weird that they wouldnt want or just be helped by the press. Idk but seems strange. I have 2 peerlesss and an ak620, but this looks interesting.

@@HardwareBusterssweet! Can hardly wait to see your results!
Thermalright / Arctic are budget kings, not Scythe.
You know you could just buy and test the real Budget King CPU air cooler. We all know it is the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE. You could gain some credibility against the statements that your tests are only promotional videos.

Thermalright will send it to me for testing. Hope I become credible enough after its test :D

@@HardwareBusters Looking forward to the comparison between the Mugen 6, the Phantoms Spirit 120 and the new beast the Noctua NH D15 G2. Keep up the consistent good work and no credibility is lost.
Noctua focusing on squeezing the last degree out of coldplates with varied topology meanwhile random chinese brands are beating them in performance anyway.

Scythe is not a random Chinese company, they are established Japanese brand active for more than 20 years. Hardware enthusiasts that are quite some time in the hardware space know them, their coolers and fans.

Scythe is Japanese and I remember this brand from my early computing days, so I think they are longer in this game than Noctua :) But I get your point loud and clear!
