I’ve had these for awhile. I been doing upgrades in between my giveaway and review videos. It does look pretty cool with the brass. I think treal is the best in the game with their brass.

I got the same axles they are pretty sweet for the price. And can't beat the treal parts great video man.

Thanks for weighing those housings and comparing the parts weight. Gives us a baseline to go from... So how did the increase in weight perform? An improvement or too much??

Glad the weigh in helped give you an idea on how much you actually gain. It was a pretty big improvement on lowering the cog. The stock motor struggled a little more trying to move the weight but I put a Barrage motor in since then.

The steering Knuckles don't work very good stock and are kinda of sticky but I saw those new ones you put on I can see that it moves very easy now... Nice

I didn’t really have problems with my stock ones. I really only replaced them with these brass ones to add lower weight which the SCX24’s need it. Changing the stock steering link to the aluminum one is what made the biggest difference with turning. There’s too much play in the stock link.

What's your opinion on the MOFO solid brass 60g axle set? Paired with the SAMIX brass steering knuckle w/Disc Brake Rotor (SAMSCX24-4412FS)? And these aluminum SAMIX wheel hubs (SAMSCX24-6669LH)? ...and maybe some SS shafts to top it off? A bit much maybe? 😅

That is a lot of weight. As long as you’re not running stock motor. You’ll burn that out immediately. I’m interested in getting those Mofo brass axles too. I’ll be putting in the mofo nano beast brushless motor kit he has available when I do that. I hear it has a good bit of torque.

@@ReadytoRunRC I was just looking at that motor! I'm very much interested in the new Furitek STELLAR transmission setup that is releasing next week. I emailed the Furitek marketing team with some questions about it, I'm waiting for a reply. I think that new setup and brushless motor with the Liko Pro ECS will pair very well with a heavy build.

@@ReadytoRunRC I went ahead and ordered the MOFO brass axles along with the FUR-2079 and FUR-2073. This build is going all out. This will be a fun experiment to see just how much weight is too much! Haha
