Hello everyone,
So, I am starting a sculpting series. I will be recording the process of making master Yoda. The series will include sculpting and painting the head of master Yoda along with footage of making the pendant, other accessories and the base for the sculpture.

@@sakkis I also make plasticine, mainly with bakeable plasticine. Because I'm afraid that the air-drying plasticine will dry out too quickly during work. But I'll try again. Your Yoda head motivates me.

Does this clay crack when you glue successive pieces together? because my clay keeps cracking at the joints

Air drying clay tends to do that. What helps is to press down every added clay piece so basically there is as little air trapped as possible.
What kind of clay you are using?

What did you use, to form the inside of the head?

I glued foam insulation board pieces together, gave them the approximate shape of a head slicing off pieces here and there and then applied clay on top of that.. It is a light-weight material, easy to curve and slice.
