Hello, I love your engraving machines. but I have a big problem with the rotating roller. Last Thursday I got 2 of your products, and to this day I barely use the rotating roller. Since when using it, the rollers do not rotate as much as the glass that is placed on top. Even the band doesn't tour, and stays in the same place. I removed the belt to leave the engine on its own, but it continued doing the same thing. Is there a solution? Does it have something to do with the A/B Line Cables? I am looking forward to your response.

I just bought a S9 with the extension kit. I would to know if I can connect the extension frame with the regular one to make it even larger? Thanks

Impressive, but I don't see it on ebay or amazon. I found only the blue plate rollers, which can't engrave bigger objects than 80 mm. Let me know if there is a dealer in USA or if I can order it directly to Colombia. Thank you.

cool. Now i am building new cnc machine for needs of my workshop. Can i ask you to make a test cut of Oxford 420-600D (synthetic fabric for bags) and foam rubber 10-13 mm. I need to know Cutting speed in mm. Now i am choosing between s9 and some CO2 laser. Thank you in advance

We need you work on a chuck rotary attachment , to engrave mugs with handle easily . Don’t get behind your competitors

How could i engrave wine glasses or odd shaped cups with this? Looks like it can only do perfectly cylindrical objects

How does this rotary roller hold tapered glass cups (like beer stein glass’s?) I’ve tried to have mine hold it but because the tops much larger than the bottom the rollers won’t hold it and allow the wheels to spin as needed.

Will not work with big tapered objects. You would need a different roller set up that holds the object from inside/outside on one end like the x tool does.

You can only engrave within a limited space, and you can preview the engraving range before engraving.

When is it avaimibel?
