This was our second dive of the day with Manta Diving out of Cancun Mexico. The reef we dove on was just off of Isla Mujeres. I didn't come to Cancun expecting the best diving conditions or marine life so I was so pleasantly surprised with the water clarity and the amount of life on the reef. It was very cool that we were able to see so much at a relatively shallow depth which was excellent for my son's 7th dive. Oh and this was an excellent way to celebrate my 150th dive. I can't wait to rack up many more dives.

Very nice footage. Did you use a red filter or let Go Pro auto adjust the iso? Were you using any lights too?

I've stopped using the filters as it cuts down light and adjusting in post works better now. I'm using two Trustfire DF30 video lights but on a turned down power since there was so much natural light on this dive. But it helps bring out some highlights of fish and brightens up any shadow areas. Lights are way better than filters.

What software do you use, is this 4k60FPS, what are your light settings, and was this a red light? I’m planning on using 2.7k240FPS for my up coming dive but maybe I don’t need to slow it down that much. Thanks!
