"My Screw Up" is definately one of the best episodes in the entire series. It's just the best example of what made that show awesome: brilliantly acting cast, comedy, sudden deep emotional twists, amazing guest stars, perfect musical scoring and outstanding camera work. For me this show is up there with a series like MASH, when it comes to bringing something new and unique to the comedy genre and setting a standard of excellence.

i love how the show is hilarious but the endings always touch upon an emotional thing it really makes the show perfect :)

Such a great Sitcom, the best in my Eyes... No Sitcom bring me so many Times to laugh and then, a little Tear in my Eyes comes up... Dont get me wrong, a few Sitcoms have Scenes the are very impressive, like Will Smith cry in Fresh Prince of Bel Air after his Father left. As a Excample. And many Sitcoms have Scenes there are funny and right now, from one Second to the other are very sad. But Scrubs, Scrubs do this so many Times, so many Quotes are so beatiful and so heartwarming. I love this Sitcom so much!

The moment when it dawns on Cox that his friend is gone.. Damn, that's sad, and some awesome acting from John Mcginley. He truly conveys all his emotions into his facial expressions. I love this show, and i miss it dearly

Laughter and tears are mixed brilliantly in this show. "You try going from out of control horny to clinically depressed 6 times a day" "Give me a break, I can knock that out on the way to work." LOL
