Janitor gets one up on him when Kelso asks him to go to his house to grab some bail money for his son, saying he doesnt fear the janitor. The ensuing shenanigans on both sides ended with Kelso going onto the intercom and announcing "I DO, in fact, fear the janitor." Janitor definitely won that one.

The fact even JD was giddy with him instead of intimidated after everything was what really set him off.

That punch by Tod on Ted came from nowhere and was incredible haha

Funniest thing about the quick change is that there was a locker room right behind him.

I was just waiting for my favourite part... the punch he throws towards ted. That looked like a hellacious punch to take haha

This was my favorite part of the entire episode. Thanks for just putting all this up. I laughed so hard at all this, I was in physical pain. The Janitor would rather be feared than loved. Maybe he needs to be. He's a psychotic loner lunatic. Kelso can really be the face of the evil when he wants to be. He makes a good match for this equally disturbed madman. He knows him all too-well. I prefer the stuff with The Janitor that didn't involve him torturing JD all that much.

Janitor throwing a punch at Ted because of the tie was hands down one of the funniest bits in Season 4, and that says something.

Janitor was so goddamn sexy! Ended up liking the show itself, but an instant crush on Janitor is what got me watching and hooked. Still one of my biggest crushes😍

That's what broke the camel's back for the janitor. To be pushed by Ted of all the people who. It was Ted.

There should have been an episode where the other Janitors in the hospital who are doing the actual work have to face the repercussions of this one Janitors actions. He has crazy adventure in the background the entire episode and they're just trying to make it to the end of their shift.

lorrr55 as comical as it is you can’t fire somebody for doing their job but he can be written up for not wearing his new uniform. The whole joke with him is you don’t mess with the guy that has the keys to everything and is in charge of cleaning everything.
