More like Marvel: let's make stories about heros who could come from anywhere and are all driven to do the right thing and what aligns with their values DC: let's make stories about heros who have everything, and now must decide where to balance morals and strength, like choosing not to kill, choosing only to interfere with chaos, not evil, or by being the best they can be with what they have Personally, I prefer DC, just because the perspective of writing op characters can bring out more interesting stories that aren't tied to strength Like when Superman talked down a girl from jumping and committing suicide, he didn't fly and catch her, he didn't stop her with strength, he simply sat down and talked with her until she felt better Because you don't need superpowers to be a hero

Uncle Calen She also missed the caption that DB inserted into the post-fight analysis. That caption stated that even IF Strange had the Time Stone in this battle, the fight would have still ended the same way. The reason being that both combatants have manipulated time before.

Cody Hines Comic Strange is more powerful than his movie counterpart, and the Time Stone is NOT part of his typical collection of items, and he doesn’t need it to be. Also, it would NOT have made a difference in this fight even if the Time Stone was in his possession, because BOTH combatants have manipulated time before.

Doctor strange doesn’t have the time stone in the comics it’s only an mcu thing.

Flash is only stronger in the DCU universe. His whole power comes from the speed force which ONLY exists in the DCU. Quicksilver is BORN with speed, he is a mutant. No matter where, in whatever universe his speed will be the same, he will be as powerful as he is in MCU. If they both got transported into a different universe not in Marvel or DC, but completely different. Quicksilver will beat Flash.

For those bringing up the Time Stone and incorrectly assuming it would have made any difference here: The MCU version of Dr. Strange is the ONLY version of the character that uses the Time Stone. This Death Battle episode was solely based on the COMIC BOOK VERSIONS of both characters. If any of you ever picked up a fucking comic before, you would know that Strange does NOT have a fucking Infinity Stone on hand to just casually mess with in battle. Besides, MCU Dr. Strange (yes, even with everything he did in Infinity War) is INCREDIBLY underpowered compared to comic book Dr. Strange. Also, I am apparently the ONLY viewer who saw the onscreen caption during the post-battle analysis. That caption literally stated that even IF Strange had the Time Stone in this battle, it would NOT have changed the outcome like so many of you grossly overestimate. BOTH combatants involved have engaged in time manipulation before, which means the Time Stone is NOT the trump card you people apparently think it is. I say this as a fan of both franchises who leans a bit more towards Marvel: I knew Strange was going to lose. I still enjoyed this fight anyway while knowing the result before it happened. For those bitching about Strange’s loss, get the fuck over it.

Ky Kiske well for one they completely said doctor strange would take longer to cast spells because they all require hand motion which isnt true at all and even if he did use a spell using hand motion. he could do it in a micro second and then they went on to base the battle on years of experience like what dose that even have to do with the battle and then they completely forgot some amazing feats of strange Also It felt weird that they let DF use his fusion, but didn't let Dr. Strange use any of the favors he can call in from various gods/entities/etc or the times he has ascended to godhood. I also felt there was way to much fisticuffs coming from two wizards, not enough trippy/out of the box stuff. Strange literally studies all forms of magic whitin the marvel universe but they didnt show any of his useful spells

Ky Kiske He is biased. I've been seeing him around here disagreeing with the outcome. He's a Marvel fanboy. I too am a marvel fanboy but agrees on Strange's loss. Sure, they did underestimate Stranger's power yet Fate will still win if this is not the case.
