The way I achieve a vintage look is exposing the screens, and then remove the artwork and slightly overexpose the screen so when you're blasting the screens it's harder to remove the emulsion. That way you get a broken up print on the shirt. Looks legit.

Congrats!!! What you will need is screens (110 and 160 mesh count), squeegees, and plastisol ink ( white and black). A type of light source to expose your screens, a printer, transparency films to print your image and a software to create your images.
