Braid flat changed the game mho.. you can stack line, makes this possible I'd imagine.. some of the runs, mono and flouro couldn't hold up in that stretch and you couldn't get enough on a spool.. envy bruh.. I'm not one to sit on my keester..who knows.. the thought of a blue fin or yellow fin from the shore alone freaking baffles me, and then I see marlin off the shoreline..smh the last frontier of fishing for me.. and your trout fishery.. yup.. where's mah passport..

If I don´t have to cast the leader through the guides I tie a PR, but when I have to cast the knot, I tie an FG.

Some boat captain from San Diego CA said for me to get heavier gear because he thinks my dog fight with black hole cow special can't handle a tuna up to 200 lb. I think they just hate spinning gear and don't know nothing about it. I can't wait to prove them wrong.

I've had the same comments made to me when I use Stella's. The guys on those boats swear by conventional reels and they almost hate people who use spinners. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

Hahaha, tell him to get fu....! You can land a 400 lb tuna on that gear without a problem! These guys have no clue! I had people saying the same thing about a 200 lb tuna from shore before I did it!

I broke every single Stella I owned on the first or second trip and never got one replaced for free. Stellas are crap! Do yourself a favour and buy a Saltiga.

Dennis Verreet the 30ks aren't built to be locked up on 51kg WFT LOL, yours deserved to be broken! They're made for targetting billfish with 30-50lb mono hence the line cap and decreased drag
